Nice flat that seems newly renovated in a good location, close to the Rio and just a few stops from the city center. The electronic lock made it easy for us all to come and go without worrying about who had the key. Proper blinds on the windows. Nice kitchen layout and pretty good appliances.

The flat is located only 0,5 floor up with both bedrooms facing a busy and noisy street so we had to get earplugs to be able to sleep. There was a bit of a smell in the flat that we could never quite get rid off even though we kept the windows open to try to air it out, not sure if it was just a “closed in” kind of smell or something else. No hooks in the bathroom for towels which made it a bit messy as it was 3 of us.

Bližina javnih prevoznih sredstev. Zaradi vseh zapletov jih nikoli več ne bi izbrali, kakor tudi priporočili prijateljem.

Zapleti pri prijavi preko aplikacije. Ni delovala (pojavil se je error 400). Nisi mogel dodati oseb. Sicer so bili odzivni ampak smo izgubili cel dan za dokazovanje kar ne deluje... .Ob prihodu v stanovanje gretje ni delovalo (bilo je 15 stopinj). Prišli smo zelo pozno in nismo mogli rezervirati druge sobe drugače bi odšli saj je bilo zelo mrzlo, celo za spanje. Porabili so en dan, da so uredili...Imajo probleme z zagotavljanjem tople vode za tuširanje, saj se med tuširanjem spreminja temperatura vode, ki je nekaj časa topla, potem mrzla in spet vroča...
