A spacious flat to share with friends, the three rooms are also distanced and not wall to wall. The app key system worked well throughout our stay. They provided a fan for each room.
Location wise, easy to access Madrid central (metro, bus or train) and walk to La Latina. Plenty of local bars, restaurants, cafes and a lovely local grocery store (Roncero Hermanos)
There was a heatwave during our visit and the Aircon unit was only in the living room. With the fans and low humidity, the rooms were ok to sleep in, however it could be a problem for travellers not used to the heat. It was approx 38-39° outside during the day and 29° in the rooms at night
The mattresses were quite thin but everyone slept well. The pillows weren't as comfortable

Lovely apartment. Great location for what we needed. Lovely part of the city.
There was only Air Conditioning in the main living area/kitchen. 3 stand alone fans used to try air condition the bed room. This did not work with rooms as high as 28C for the duration of the stay. Besides this apartment was perfect. May need to be looked at. Happy we weren't there the week it was hitting 38C outside.
