The location is absolutely fantastic - right on the promenade with bus stops pretty much at the doorstep and the beach right across the road. But the studio faces away from the promenade, meaning we were not bothered by the noise from the pedestrian or vehicle traffic along the promenade. The studio had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Nice.
