About this house rental
Relax on the river with family and friends! This quaint 3 bedroom offers the perfect location to meet all your vacation needs! Minutes away from casual dining to fine dining at Brians Place! Jump in the water and go for a swim or use the 2 person canoe, 1 person kayak and 1 person paddle board that the property offers to see Manatees and the occasional Dolphin! There is a floating Mat as well. Please no pets on the mat and wash and roll it up after use.

We do allow fur babies! There is a $100 non refundable pet fee per pet. This will be requested and required prior to check in.

The place is right on the water, nice,clean, and we were able to use kayaks and stand up paddle boards. The deck is not what is pictured, but we're were able to get into the water. It looks like there are some repairs needed, but would definitely stay again. My family loved the place!

My family and I had a great time. We had our two teenagers and a couple of their friends. The kids had a fun time on the water mat, kayaking and fishing. We also roasted marshmallows and made samores with the fire pit. Overall, a fun weekend and we would stay here again.

The Blue Grotto was amazing! This home was quaint, clean, and cozy! Location is right on the canal only minutes from the main river! We would definitely book again! All the kayaks, fishing poles, and river items were a plus! Thank you!
