Kelly is very nice and responsive. The home was clean and had your necessities. Extra refrigerator/freezer in garage was great for extra ice. Also if you like it chilly like I do but love extra blankets, bring some. Great spot, easy access into the water, and great screened back patio overlooking water.

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable and peaceful VRBO in Weeki Wachee! The home felt fresh and cozy, like a private little nature retreat. We saw so much wildlife throughout our stay, even a manatee near the property!The screened-in porch was our favorite spot to relax, and the house had everything we needed, kayaks, bikes, coolers, and beach gear. The quiet, friendly neighborhood was perfect for biking and exploring the canals.The crystal-clear spring/river water was beautiful to explore. Pine Island was just a 10-minute drive and had stunning sunsets. Weeki Wachee Springs and Adventure Park was a fun visit, the mermaid show and spring beach were highlights (note: check website for hours, 13 all access!).There are plenty of awesome local restaurants with great menus and fun atmospheres. Just be aware that many are closed on Mondays, so plan ahead!This was truly a peaceful, well-stocked getaway full of nature, sunshine, and charm. Can’t wait to come back!

Great lagoon front bungalow within a short paddling distance of the Weeki river. Nothing Needed. Seriously. I’ve never seen a vacation rental with so much inside and out. It was almost creepy like people were living there full time, down to the infant wash tub and silly straw paddling hats. Kelly and Dave answered texts promptly and minor repair issues were handled quickly by Adam the maintenance guy. Very relaxing and quiet location with many things to explore in the area. And as a bonus, this area bounced back much faster from the 2023-24 hurricanes than surrounding areas like Crystal River and Hudson. It’s rare to see shuttered retail or torn up homes here.
