This home has been completely updated. Fully stocked kitchen, newly furnished, backyard with grill, firepit, 4 single kayaks, and 2 double kayaks for your use. Enjoy looking for manatees and watching the mullet jump while sitting on the dock or paddling around the canals and river. All you need for a relaxing getaway!

We love Lisa & Mike's place. The canal is clear and swimmable. We see manatees, turtles and dolphins on our late spring visits right from the dock. The nearly ground level home is great for us 70 year olds as is the easy walk to the dock. The house is surprisingly spacious and comfortable for sleeping and visiting. This is our second stay here- a year apart and we couldn't have chosen a better place for location and cost. Thank you Mike & Lisa!

Worked out great for two couples and a dog ! Each family had enough room and the retractable leash hanging by the front door was a pleasant surprise! Loved that the backyard was fenced!

We had 2 adults and 6 grandchildren and had a blast. The house was very clean and was very well supplied with games and all the necessities (except we could have used more pillows and blankets) and the AC was ice cold! The kids really enjoyed the kayaks and swimming and jumping off the dock into the canal. It’s very conveniently located near Weeki Wachee, the bowling alley and all the good places to eat.

The issues w/ this place are the steps. The front door steps are wobbly w/ no railing. Both bedrooms in front have steps about 1 ft high. To get out back/ to 3rd bedroom another huge step. None of these steps are to code. The back dock also has no railing. If you are older and/or have mobility problems this is NOT the place for you.
