About this house rental
Located in Weeki Wachee , only a few minutes paddle away from the main river ! This multi family house boasts 4 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 twin, 1 queen, and 1 full bed. With two and 1/2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. This quaint property also offers AC, a washing machine, dryer ,WiFi, heating, and an iron for convenience.
Come enjoy and relax on the Weeki Wachee River. This beautiful home is great for multi family vacations! Paddle only about 3 Minutes to the crystal clear Weeki Wachee River. Includes Kayaks and more!!! We have a big beautiful dock space so renting a boat and sightseeing couldn't get easier. If lounging in the sun is more your speed then enjoy relaxing with a drink in your hand while manatees and dolphins greet you a few feet away. True old Florida paradise !!
The main living area has a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, half bath , living room and sunny Florida room overlooking the water. The Florida room also has a couch that opens into a full bed. Step out into the fresh air on the covered porch to enjoy the sounds of the water and many birds. Upstairs is three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has an en-suite and a king bed . There is a queen mattress in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Also you will find a stocked laundry area .Downstairs on the bottom floor that opens to the backyard and water is a large room with two twin beds and one full bed. Plenty of room for fun and games. Outside you will find a fire pit and large picnic table. We have several kayaks and other water toys. Also there is a custom outdoor shower on the patio pavers for cleaning off after a fun day on the river. The property is fenced in to protect your pets . The rear is open to the water . Across the street from the home is a conservation area. We have a very quiet street and lovely neighbors. There is room for three cars in the driveway, four if they are tiny. In the rear there are steps leading up to the covered porch. Finally there is a large dock for sunbathing and getting into the water . You’re only a few minutes from the sparkling clear waters of the main river . What’s not to love!!!!!

Overall rating of this place is above excellent. So much fun and great location. We stayed only 2 nights this time however we will be back at our forst available opportunity. Owner was very caring. Naigbors was nice. So many canoos to use for free instead rent. River was so nice. Weather was also amazing. Used outdoor table for breakfast and dinner. Fired up the grill and the fire pit on both evenings. There was all utensils and kitchen equipment available. We also left our charcoal and fire started dor next guest because someone left it for us. The back pation and fenced yard is amazing for dogs. They were safe and also very excited. Very well maintained. Water pressure and temperature was as expected. We never experienced any issue whatsoever. We will ne back! Thank you so much for a great weekend getaway!!!

Such a great stay at Momma Marie's house! Location was wonderful. House was very clean and spacious. We brought some of our own paddle boards, but the extra kayaks and boards at the house were great to have for the group. We did a fire two nights, and enjoyed the porch upstairs overlooking the river. Our group had 7 adults and 1 child so we used all the rooms. The couple that stayed downstairs didnt love the space, said it was loud with the air handler and there was no bathroom down there (which we were aware of though). I think it might be better suited for kids which I feel was the intention with the space anyways. I would recommend bringing a night light for down there just because the only lighting is the overhead lights and they are really bright. Overall the house was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We were able to get a late check out which we so appreciated being able to go out on the river the last morning. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot, perfect for swimming off the dock! Restaurants close by. Couldn’t get the ceiling fan to come on 2nd night and the host had a box fan delivered immediately. Would definitely recommend!!
