• Pet Policy:
• Pets under 15 pounds are welcome.
• Please pick up after your pets and keep them off the new grass area.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
• Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
• Safety First:
• Children must be supervised around the pool and at all times.
• No glass in the pool or hot tub areas.
• Cleanliness: Please treat the home with care and leave it as you found it.
• Maximum Occupancy: Please adhere to the maximum guest limit outlined in your booking.
Unauthorized parties will have a $1000 fine
Smoking in the house will result in a $1000 fine.
Anyone without prior reviews will be subjected to a $200 deposit after booking is accepted
