Perfect location! We love staying on the canal that leads to the river. The dock was big and the kids loved jumping off of it.
The only issues were that the dock could use a use a few more areas to tie off the paddle boards or kayaks. There was only one tie off

The house was absolutely amazing! There was a keurig with a bunch of great coffee and tea options, all the dishes and pots and pans you could think of, well enough kayaks for everyone, and so much space for such a tiny home! The house is in a perfect location with the river and crystal clear water being about 5 mins away. We loved the house and would definitely stay again on future vacations.
