When we first arrived the area was sketchy. There was an alarm set when i walked in. The home has great potential but it is put together with cheap things; couch, table and chairs, etc. The cleanliness was not where we preferred it. You can tell that this place has been worked over and there is barley any maintenance in between. A cjair had a burn hole in it and a curtain rod was bent. The queen bedframe was so unstable we literally had to take it down. The waterproof liner on the bed was SO LOUD, im sure there are better options for this. There were only 2 small pots and pans for us to cook. Dishes were provided. Overall I did not agree that the price matched the house. The alarm gave us problems twice and i believe there was a glicth in it and the lady made me feel as if she thought i was dumb when it would go off as if i dont know how to correctly type in numbers and press off. It just didnt work if u set the alarm off while in home mode. Cherry on top was when they asked u to place everything used in the living room you got to see how disgusting the pillows were and the poor quality. I wish i could get a refund or compensation for my stay. They could do alot better.

This was a very nice place for our small group of family to stay when we needed to be close to downtown and not pay a small fortune. Very clean especially considering they allow pets. My only complaint would be the noise. We were fully prepared for traffic noise but not loud neighbors in an attached unit. It was the weekend but one of the two nights we stayed they must have been having a party until at least 3am.

Stay was fine. We were greeted by some "interesting" folks upon arrival that gave a bad vibe and put us on notice. Otherwise, the property was nice and spacious. Street paking right in front of property was limited but there were plenty of other options. No major issues or concerns. Area is up and coming, but this block might be a couple years away from looking like foutain square but trending in the right direction!

The property was beautiful and clean on the inside and just as described. The neighborhood was a bit concerning...no issues, just concerns.

Overall, this was a very nice property for the price that we paid. The unit is located on a pretty busy street, however, it is only a few miles from downtown, therefore it was very convenient. The somewhat recent renovation gave the unit a modern feel, however the furniture and fixtures were all on the lower cost end. I found this acceptable given that we paid quite a bit less for this unit than compare to a more upscale unit in downtown for example. So, its a bit of "you get what you pay for."
