This condo was awesome! It was central to all locations we needed. We tubed the river, went to the Schlitterbahn and stayed in the pool the rest of the time. Schlitterbahn was right across the street! We had all the tubes we needed in the storage(awesome, big bonus). Beds were comfortable too! We had an awesome time and when we come back to see our daughter we will definitely book this place again.

Nice cozy place in the perfect spot. You can walk across the street and go in Schlitterbahns back entrance and exit the Comal here. Took an 8yp and 10yo. Definitely would stay here again.

Clean all around, easy to get to the comal river tube entrance and comes with its own exit so you don’t have to go to last exit

Our family stayed here for 6 nights. Proximity to Schlitterbahn was perfect allowing us to walk back & forth during the day if needed. Excellent location for floating the Comal with an entry point right out the front door & across the street. The condo was well stocked and we appreciated all the tubes & the pump. Parking right outside front door was convenient. Complex was quiet and we felt safe.
However, the cleanliness of the condo was unacceptable. The master bed was broken which required a repairman. The fridge is not a good first impression upon entering due to be covered in rust. Bathroom fan did not work well which made sharing 1 bathroom between 4 a challenge.
I appreciated that some of my concerns were addressed promptly by the host but it certainly put a damper on our stay. We provided detailed feedback to the owner who will hopefully address with the property manager.
If these issues get addressed then this place would easily be a 5/5 rating.
