This complex is the perfect getaway for couples or families. The ranch features many activities on property including swimming, tennis, or simply strolling along the many stone-lined paths through beautiful oak trees.
T-Bar- M 102 is a spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bath condo that sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum.
Master: Queen
2nd Bedroom: 2 Doubles
3rd Bedroom: 2 Doubles
This gorgeous condo has a full kitchen, access to tennis courts, swimming, and grills by pool area. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, and only minutes from the Comal/Guadalupe Rivers and Schlitterbahn. T Bar M Ranch is conveniently located only minutes from New Braunfels' charming downtown district, dancing and dining in historic Gruene, splashing at world famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing down the crystal blue waters of the Comal River.
Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.
*If booking through Airbnb, the "Prices include all fees" does not apply if you're bringing a pet.
Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: 2 pets max.
$25/day/pet
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.

Had a great time at this location. We enjoyed the pool and grill, played cards at the pool while the kids swam. Met new friends and the location was plenty close to all the things we wanted to do. Also, there was plenty of room!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The experience was fine. Clean, however a lot of maintenance issues. Paint peeling off bathtub (a lot). Very very hot upstairs in loft, broken mini blinds upstairs and the downstairs blinds only go one way and don’t work well. Patio screen was broken. Just seemed like a lot was overlooked. Quite a few wasp nests, very dirty patio furniture, spiderwebs inside and out. Floors were swept but not clean. The location is great, pools are good... lots of wasps at the pool. I will definitely rent through this rental company, but choose a different unit.
