A nice clean home, host friendly.

Nice and clean

The room was very sparse, no special touches, no hair dryer, no kettle etc although you could go down and use the kitchen. I thought ahead and I packed my fan on one of the hottest days. Luckily I did because no fan in the room.

Home away from home

Cia was most welcoming into her home which was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the facilities in the kitchen were available including tea and coffee. You will be asked to remove outdoor shoes so I suggest taking slippers although there were slip ons available. There was an off road parking space available. The room had plenty of towels and was extremely quiet. There is a shared bathroom but only with Cia and it was spotless with plenty of hot water. I was on a training course at Aztec West which was a convenient 5 minute drive away as was the M5 motorway.

You will need to be driving as it is quite a distance to any facilities.

Little tight turn on to the driveway for a larger car with surounding parked cara, but the host was super helpful and kind to allow use of her driveway and found a way.

Caia was very friendly and helpful. The house was nice and cosy, comfortable, and was immaculately clean. I'd happily stay again if I'm in the area!

Chinese Tea For 2 :-)

The House Is Amazing and great value for money! Caia went above and beyond for me :-) Loads of choices for breakfast and I never really have croissants but made the right way I now love them :-) also she let me try some of her Chinese tea and I'm hooked :-) the room was very tidy and the bed was comfy :-) I love a powerful shower and that was spot on too! thank you for letting me stay in your beautiful home :-)

The only thing I could say is maybe a TV in the room but caia did let me use the one downstairs :-)

Welcoming, clean, friendly atmosphere with an amazing host.

I loved how clean and tidy it was, and the host was also really welcoming and sweet. I was able to relax and feel comfortable and safe, I felt safer than I would in a hotel! The bathroom was very clean and nice, I loved the shower and the whole house had a calm atmosphere. The host provided breakfast and everything else I needed, and she went beyond what was expected and was very helpful, friendly and great to chat to. Even though Caia was very friendly and helpful, I also felt like I had my own space and privacy, which is always great to have when staying in someone else’s home. The bathtub, however, was the highlight of the property as I love soaking in hot baths in the evenings.

The location was the only downside, it’s further out of the city centre than I would have liked. However, transport wasn’t as difficult to get to and navigate as I had expected. There are bus stops quite close to the house, and getting to them is just a peaceful walk away. I spent most of my day’s in Bristol at the city centre, and I felt I got to see more of the city because of the different bus routes. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay here again if I visited Bristol in the future.

The landlady is very friendly and welcoming, I don’t think you could want a better host.

The property is clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, it is home away from home. This B&B will be my first choice every time I stay in Bristol.
