We picked the apartment mostly based on the highly reviewed location and it definitely didn’t disappoint. You’re in the heart of the action, there are many restaurants and shops without it being noisy. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, lots of space in the apartment for our toddler to run around, well equipped kitchen, full size dishwasher and washer dryer. The little bar area was perfect for having meals overlooking Lucca. Very pretty at night it being lit up. The host arranged a high chair for our little one which was very useful for breakfasts each morning. Thank you for that! The views over looking Lucca are very nice. Great for people watching. When we stay in Lucca again we’ll be staying here again. Thanks again.

There are quite a few steps to get to the apartment - it didn’t phase us and we had read reviews and expected it but it definitely got us out of breath each time we arrived at the apartment. It didn’t help that we had a toddler, push chair and shopping to carry up! If you’re fit and able it isn’t a problem and it’s worth it to get the great views over Lucca!! Plus it’s very normal to have no lift in apartments in Lucca which adds to its charm with these historic buildings.

Ottima posizione all'interno delle mura di Lucca, non molto distante dai parcheggi pubblici, buona visuale su Piazza Napoleone (cosa interessante specialmente nella stagione dei concerti), casa spaziosa e pulita.
