Perfect location, enormous apartment.
Only 1 sun lounger 😞 to enjoy the ambience and Tuscan sun, although plenty of chairs at the outdoor table

The location was excellent; right in the center of the walled city with lots of shopping and dining close by. The terrace was lovely and with beautiful garden view. The apartment was nicely equipped with plenty of room for 3 people. Our host was very accessible and allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time. It was an easy walk to the train station from the apartment,
The front door key is a problem (mentioned in other reviews). We had to have to owner come open it for us one time and neighbors in the building were able to open it another time. We finally just used a card to keep the lock from engaging.

Location was amazing and convenient to everything. Rooftop terrace and view exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. The whole place is very spacious, comfortable, and very clean.
Construction (jackhammering) in the building disturbed our morning sleep and the associated scaffolding obstructed the view. WiFi does not reach the front bedroom. It would have helped to have some instructions for joining the WiFi and checkout instructions, but hosts were very fast to respond to questions.
