Only one suggestion. A few leaflets of happenings in and around Cleethorpes to be available on the coffee table.

The location is just of the main high street, leading down to the beach area. Great for walking within a stone's throw away! Especially on a busy, sunny, weekend. Everything you need is within close distance - food, shops, groceries, and entertainment.
Parking was a pickle - but sorted it eventually.
The local beer garden is right next door/above the property - can be noisy until late hours.

Location is perfect close to all amenities
Owner very kind lovely friendly person
Crockery and cutlery were unwashed from previous guests same with sofa bed sheet also no further bedding is provided for sofa bed made do with a blanket purchased down the street
