We would not recommend staying here in the warmer months.
Quiet location with supermarkets and a lively market within 5 minutes walk. Very good location for the metro and tram.
This apartment is on the top floor of an older south facing building with no aircon. We experienced a heatwave the entire time of our stay and the temperature in the apartment was unbearable , unhealthy. Trapped heat in the apartment could not escape: even the bathroom walls were warm. We were given a portable air conditioning unit after 2 days but it did not help much. We went to a hotel for a night to get a good nights sleep.

they were clean and well equipped
The sofa was not comfortable and creaked. We were cold and when we set the temperature higher it quickly dropped. The thermostat was set to 18 degrees. After notifying the administrator, he raised it to 20 if it was still cold.

Fantastisch!
Appartement de Montplaisir was schoon en zeer compleet met ligbad, grote koelkast, vriezer, magnetron, wasmachine, vaatwasser en andere apparatuur. Het bed sliep heerlijk, de douche was warm, en de wijk rustig. Tijdens ons verblijf was het buiten erg koud maar in het voorjaar en de zomer zal het heerlijk zijn om in de groene binnenplaats te vertoeven. Met 2 minuten lopen sta je in de winkelstraat, het museum Lumière is om de hoek en het openbaar vervoer richting het oude centrum zeer toegankelijk! Het was fijn dat we persoonlijk ontvangen werden en instructies ontvingen.

Propreté, température réglée à 16 sans possibilité de changer, matériel défectueux, fuite lavé vaisselle et télécommande et le gestionnaire ne remédie les problèmes, pas de changement de serviettes et draps en 10 jours
