I liked the apartment — it was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderful and extremely cozy. I also really enjoyed the balcony, which was a perfect place to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, the dishes were in great condition, and the bathroom had everything I needed, including soap and other essentials. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great, but there are a few small details that could make the apartment 100% perfect. It would be nice to have a more detailed description of the address, to fix the TV remote control — some buttons were a bit stuck — and to clean the drain in the shower cabin, as the water doesn’t go down very well. It would also be helpful to leave some basic items for guests, such as tissues, salt, pepper, or oil — although thank you for the coffee, it was really appreciated. A more detailed instruction for the stove would also be useful (for example, that it has a sensor and won’t heat up if the pan is too small). One more thing: check-out at 10 AM and check-in at 5 PM is quite inconvenient. It would be perfect if these time frames could be reconsidered — something like 11 AM for check-out and 3 PM for check-in would be ideal. Overall, I am very satisfied — these are just a few suggestions to make the stay even better.

Quite good, but it won't be for everyone.

Spacious apartment, well appointed, clean and comfortable Plenty of car park lots that are not ridiculously tiny garages.

Neighbourhood seems a little dodgy. Rather odd building where lift landings have no lights. Feels a bit like you could get mugged right outside the door. No disturbances actually happened but I can imagine this may bother some people. The location is a bit far from town and up a rather steep hill. It is walkable but good fitness is required. There is a direct bus to town right outside the property, but it runs infrequently after 9pm, so you either wait or take an uber back. If you drove here, driving to town is probably a good idea if you intend to stay out late.

OK but Lacking...

It was spacious enough, reasonably clean and the parking was secure.

On the face of it everything looks great until you start using things... the dishwashing liquid was almost empty as was toilet paper to which the host replied we only supply for start not the whole stay! Really for 90 odd euros a night this is poor. They supplied a washing machine and no liquid to wash but there was boxes and boxes of cleaners and disenfectants! I could not get the coffee machine to accept the pod - (tried many times) and a lot of the pots did not work on the induction stove. One of the blinds was broken and the shower drain blocked. And stained tea towels YUK! Not much attention to detail. Late check in not a minute before 5pm, most places these days are 2 or 3 pm. So not a very welcoming nor convenient place. It has potential to be so much better if they weren't so mean on amenities and things actually worked properly. And again the audacity to send the following for checkout... Before your departure, we thank you for putting the used sheets and towels on the floor, emptying the trash cans (trash bin outside) and cleaning the fridge and oven. All of this when we pay a 40 Euro cleaning fee...

never again!

we rented this accommodation 3 nights out of 5 - 1 night in this flat, 2 nights in another city and then returning to this flat for 2 more nights before leaving Lyon. first stay was extremely dissapoiting: the bedsheets had blood stains all over, we got 1 shower towel for a 2 people booking and even this one was dirty so we were not able to use it. we were provided with only half a roll of toilet paper, so we had to go out to buy some. the tap in the kitchen is literally falling apart, the glasses in the drawer were dirty. since the first stay was only 1 night and we got there tired and late, we had to make it work. we had already paid for the second booking so we had to return, however upon check out we have messaged to advise we expect a cleaner place when we return and we were told housekeeping will be notified, but unfortunately not much changed for the second stay. we got more towels but all were dirty or stained. we got only slightly more toilet paper than the first time and the glasses were still dirty. to top it off, we were never advised the main gate only opens from the button during certain hours, so at 6am on the day of departure (after dropping the keys in the locked box) we were unable to get out. we had to go all the way back, take the keys from the box, run to open the gate with the remote attached on the keys, run back to place the keys back in the box and run again to the gate, all of this with an uber waiting to take us to the airport. all in all, worst experience ever, with no consideration for the customer whatsoever!

Le calme - la situation géographique - la proximité de commerces et l'environnement. L'appartement est bien décoré et les parties communes sont bien entrenues - place de stationnement facile dans la résidence

Il faudrait un lave vaisselle et le lit est un peu fatigué. Il manque une essoreuse à salade, un presse jus. Concernant le linge de maison 1 torchon est un peu juste pour une semaine, il en faudrait au moins 2

Bruit de tuyauterie toute les 30 minutes dans le salon-cuisine. Ce qui a beaucoup nuit au sommeil de la personne qui a tenté de dormir dans le canapé.
