Modern apartment suitable for a short stay.

Great shower, with good pressure and heat, kitchen appliances were good, nice to have a toaster. Secure car space. Nicely decorated. Comprehensive instructions provided through messaging and the dossier in the apartment.

It was quite a compact apartment, not really enough space for suitcases. Perhaps catered more to aesthetics rather than functionality for travelers. The bed was too soft for our liking, maybe time to replace the mattress and lose the topper.

Good, not great

Tastefully renovated apartment, everything works, complicated but precise instructions for entry and especially the garage. Quiet street. Ground floor, visually hidden from street through high bushes. Birds chirping all around. Enough tablets for the washer (a toploader, unfortunately, not a front loader) and for the dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Kitchen equipment includes the basics, not sure if one can cook properly if needed, no oven, no deep freezer. Bed is comfortable. Good public transport connections to city centre (30’ bus + metro, tickets at kiosk or in bus).

Very narrow garage box, even for a mid-sized car. Only 2 coffee capsules and 4 sugar sticks, a little generosity would go a long way here. Black mosquitoes, also during daytime, I’m glad I had my own device to plug in. The one thing that really annoyed me was the total lack of friendliness in communication. Not rude, just in a mechanical and indifferent manner. The instructions are phrased military style, you must do this and you must do that. When I messaged the host that the shower doesn’t drain properly, I received a reply that it happens if it is blocked by hair. Technically this is correct, but I should’t be dealing with this, because proper cleaning includes checking for such matters regularly. At the very least I would have expected something like “sorry we didn’t notice earlier, could you mind giving it a try yourself?”, not to mention “we’ll come by and clean it” as most hosts would have done. So I had to clean a disgusting clot of hair myself (have photos). The host would be well advised to apply more people’s skills if they are earning money from hospitality.

The location was great.’Very easy access to Lyon Gare Vaise by bus and then metro anywhere in city.Lovely quiet neighborhood an very secure building with garage parking. A few very decent restaurants within walking distance and also a small Supermarket opened late . The owner provided very clear explicit directions with photos how to access property, garage etc

There was a very good size refrigerator but unfortunately no freezer. Also another night table would be a nice thing to have.

Impeccable, et frais, même pas besoin d'utiliser la clim

L'emplacement dans une rue calme, logement super propre et très fonctionnel. Propriétaire réactif et bienveillant.

Le confort de la literie reste à améliorer. Le surmatelas à mémoire de forme rend le lit très mou. Ceci dit j'aime les literies plutôt dure donc pour quelqu'un qui aime un lit mou c'est parfait.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le propriétaire était toujours joignable en cas de besoin.

La localisation, le livret d’accueil, les explications avant notre arrivée.

Il n’y a pas de congèle, le canapé convertible fait un bruit horrible qui empêche de dormir, les toiles d’araignée au dessus du lit dans la chambre. Pas de rangement dans la douche pour poser les produits.
