The host, Alain, was amazing! He met us at the property and helped us park our car in the underground garage. He helped us with our luggage and showed us the apartment. He spent 15 minutes with us giving us tips on things to see, foods to try, and interesting history tidbits about Lyon! It made for a great start to our visit! The apartment is located next to a train station, which made it very easy to get to the center of town.
The hot water heater stopped working, but we figured out how to start it back up. Other than that, we had no other issues.
