Short overnight stay

The hostess was extremely kind. We arrived in the middle of the night, she woke up to let us in. We had parking right in front of the apartment, also a really good gelateria on the other side of the street. The accommodation is spacious, with 2 big rooms and comfortably sized beds. Big bathroom with shampoo and shower gel. We also got coffee and cold water in the fridge. Also, the style of the rooms are quite unique, the whole place looks like painting. Really cool.

Welcoming

The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. They even brought us to the airport on our departure day as taxis were unavailable due to an EXPO in Genoa.

Miscommunication with the owner

The apartment in itself was nice and came with many amenities and the most important, it was clean.

Unfortunately, the contact with the owner wasn't the best. We were waiting 40 minutes for him to come, late at night, in a, what looked, not very safe area, to find out that someone was able to let us in without him being there. He didn't answer our call and there was no signage indicating where the apartment could be and the address itself wasn't clear enough.

La posizione davvero ottima, la zona sembra accogliente, con diverse attività commerciali e con parchi verdi e ben curati. I mezzi di trasporto portano veramente vicino all’appartamento, un più.

Nonostante confermato il nostro orario di arrivo, quando ci siamo trovati nella via abbiamo cominciato ad avere problemi: il citofono è rovinato e non si legge, abbiamo provato per 45 minuti a chiamare il contatto per avere le chiavi ma risultava irraggiungibile. Dopo aver tentato di contattare anche Booking per avere una risposta, abbiamo trovato un secondo numero (per niente semplice da trovare) e finalmente siamo entrati. L’ora e un quarto però di ritardo nell’avere la stanza che avevamo prenotato ci causato grossi disagi e abbiamo dovuto disdire degli impegni presi per quella sera. Non si può aspettare un’ora e più per avere le chiavi di un appartamento prenotato apposta e staccare il telefono.

No asistió ningún anfitrión a recibir a los trabajadores, booking tampoco me ofreció ayuda ni me reubicó a los trabajadores, perdimos el dinero de la reserva. Pésimo servicio.
