Calm, pleasent and perfect location for my stay in Genova! Absolutely recommended!

Great location. Perfect for couple and families. Buses are right outside the door. Metro is 10 minutes away. Very simple to reach all destinations in Genova. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities one needs to have a pleasant stay. I will definitely return in Genova in the near future and Andrea’s apartment will be the first choice for sure!

A nice place to stay

The clean, comfortable apartment. Everything was just the same as in the picture. We had all we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. Everything was clean and tidy.

The intercom rang randomly, during the day and very late in the evening. It was disturbing.

Was very clean and needed all necessary things for comfort staying. Definitely would use again. The owner was very helpful.

I would suggest to have coffee pods for coffee machine. Otherwise which one it suitable we don't know and in the morning no coffee was disappointed.

Quiet and confortable appartament

Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Very safe. The owner is a super host, he will help you in everything. In the area you have everything you need( market, grocery, bar, pizzeria).

Exceeded my expectations

Everything, from the details of the listing on booking, through the stay till the check out. Andrea is an excellent Host, he provided all the instructions and details for our nice stay. The apartment is a must, well equipped, it has more than you need to stay comfortable. The location is good, easy to park and you find all sorts of shops around.

Very clean, property itself was lovely, it has everything that you need, WiFi was amazing very fast, above all it was very nice place to come back to, after a long evening of eating and drinking, would recommend this place for sure, and the host was very helpful and friendly

We suffered because we are with 2 kids 5 years and 8 months and it was in 5th floor without elevator and this was not mentioned before booking . Only after booking we received a message that the apartment is not suitable for who has kids or for luggage...and we could not cancel it.

Fantastic place to stay for me and 7month child as it had all the Appliances we needed and good location for planning trips+ Euro-spin supermarket on our door step which is like a Aldi in uk so was cheaper in my opinion for food extra,also the public transport is spot on just remember to purchess tickets from local shops for the buses. Andrea was a informative person and answer any questions you needed to know 👍👍👍 My only issue was the floors as they were filthy and had to spend time to clean , dont get me wrong there was a brush/pan & a Hoover which helped But was missing a Mop to clean floor as when arrived had to clean with what we had on hand which was towels...so maybe invest in a mop of sorts 🤔👌. I did wash for you so clean again upon next persons visit..😁🤗🤗 Overall it's what you make you holiday with the time you have and for us we plan and executed that time we had 😉 A must for any couple visiting Genova 👌

Good

The beds were comfortable and in the kitchen was a lot of items nacessary to prepare meals. There was a free city bus going to the centre so I could easly get there.

The apartament was at the 6th floor without the lift. The shower cabin door didn't work properly and were old and not so clean.

Una de las mejores opciones para unas lindas vacaciones en familia.

Bonito departamento con distribución muy cómoda, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para estancias de varios días. Rodeado de todo tipo de tiendas y cerca de paradas de bus y tren. Andrea es un excelente anfitrión! Siempre atento y muy amable.

Está en un quinto piso y no hay ascensor. Si viajas con mucho equipaje, puede ser bastante pesado. Pero del resto, excelente.

Posizione facilmente collegabile in 15-20 minuti con il centro città con i mezzi pubblici (bus e metro). Supermercato Eurospin di fronte all’abitazione. Parcheggi gratuiti per le auto sempre disponibili nelle immediate vicinanze

I cinque piani di scale a piedi per entrare nell’appartamento, ma ne eravamo già consapevoli pertanto non lo riteniamo un aspetto negativo

Come sempre, tutto bene. Andrea,il proprietario sempre gentile ed attento alle nostre esigenze. Posizione strategica per arrivare in centro in pochi minuti con il bus, vari negozi sotto casa e parcheggio facile da trovare (quasi sempre sotto casa),zona tranquilla.

Le tante scale da fare a piedi ,ma ormai ci siamo abituati. La pulizia è stata un po' trascurata stavolta...

Andrea è sempre stato presente fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili per accesso all'appartamento e si è reso disponibile per esaudire ogni nostra richiesta, l'appartamento è ben tenuto, per noi è stata un'ottima scelta considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo, all'interno dell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che serviva (lenzuola, piumoni, set di asciugamani puliti, bagnoschiuma e shampoo), è presente anche una macchina del caffè a cialde funzionante (da non sottovalutare)

Unica pecca sono stati i 5 piani di scale per raggiungere l'appartamento, per il resto tutto molto funzionale e ben tenuto

Ce que j'ai aimé c'est qu'il soit proche de mon lieu de travail, et proche du centre ville

Ce que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est que c'est au dernier étage et qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, et c'était fatigant pour moi et le groupe.
