Pleasant and comfortable stay

The place was clean, spacious, and airy. It was about 30 minutes from the train station and just 3–5 minutes from the nearest bus stop. The host was very helpful, gave us clear instructions to find the location, and was available if we needed anything. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

A lovely property in a not so lovely area.

The property was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We were very satisfied with the apartment itself.

The location was not good. We didn’t feel safe enough to walk around after dark so didn’t get to explore as much of Genoa as we’d have liked because our train was late and it soon got late. The streets were unclean and felt dangerous.

The place is nice, confortable bed.

The elevator didn't work during our stay, and the appartment is at the 5th floor. With big laguages it might be inconfortabile. But everithing else was ok.

Great cosy apartment, in a good location making every easily accessible.

The apartment was well equipped, cosy, and tastefully decorated, which made it a great place to relax after a goods days walk around the Old Harbour, City centre, Old town, ect. Great location, train station and buses within a few minutes walk, so you can explore further afield. Plenty of shops, bars, and eateries within a hop skip and jump. The host was a very pleasant and helpful young man. Great value.

Nice apartment, but no AC

I really liked how the apartment was decorated, it had style and a cozy look. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was really quiet. Also, the host was really great, loved the fact that they've prepared a little book with touristic information.

The apartment did not have AC, only a room fan, which didn't help much with the heat. Also, the neighborhood is not a good one, so I don't recommend walking around. We were also required to pay an additional 6 euro fee which we weren't aware of.

Cucina super accessoriata con tutto il necessario e anche di più. Macchina del caffè con capsule, zucchero e the fornite. Bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone per le mani in bagno. Letto comodo nella camera da letto, meno comodo il divano letto in salotto ma c’è da aspettarselo. 5 piano con ascensore ma una rampa di scale è da fare a piedi. Posizione ottima, ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici, poco parcheggio disponibile in zona. Proprietari cordiali e gentili, check in disponibile prima dell’orario indicato. Self check in dettagliato e chiaro. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Sky e wifi disponibile.

Il piumone non aveva un copripiumino e non era nel miglior stato auspicabile. Ogni volta che si apre l’acqua c’è un rumore fortissimo, anche per quella fredda. Altre piccole cose trascurabili.

El apartamento es muy comodo y util. Esta muy bien equipado incluso por si quieres cocinar alli. Los anfitriones excelentes, muy buena comunicación con ellos y dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites, eso es de gran valor
