Charming renovated retro holiday home above the lively Daouët harbor, featuring a bright veranda, terrace, and large fenced garden just steps from the sea. Nearby, a small sandy cove at Port Morvan and the vast white sand beach are accessible on foot or by free shuttle. Pléneuf-Val-André, a seaside resort since the early 20th century, offers a promenade lined with Belle Époque villas, a Tuesday market, and a wide range of activities: golf, tennis, horseback riding, water sports, thalassotherapy, indoor pool, and bike rentals. The area is perfect for excursions to Lamballe, Moncontour, Dinan, Cap Fréhel, Saint-Malo, Cancale, and Dinard.
