Moored 100m from the port, this house for 6 people in Pléneuf-Val-André will allow you to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the port and restaurants. Furthermore, you will be just a few kilometres from the surrounding beaches for good swimming. Its enclosed garden and high terrace will allow you to fully savour the sea air, whether at breakfast, during a reading session, sunbathing or around good barbecues.
The living areas are located on the upper floor, so you can enjoy the horizon through the beautiful windows. The dining room is an invitation to gatherings around good food. Next, you will find a lounge for a television break. Finally, the independent kitchen offers you a space conducive to preparing good meals. It has a gas hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
