About this house rental
We propose you to rent, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming house, less than 50 meters from the beach, of a surface of 75 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 60 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation, located on 3 levels, is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A bright living room of 30 m² with TV, and dining area
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A veranda of 13 m² with a dining area
Level -1 :
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 : a bunk bed (two beds)
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC
On the mezzanine :
- Bedroom 3: accessible from the living room, with a pull-out bed (sleeps two). Access is fairly restricted, making it more suitable for children.
Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of 60 m², closed and not shared, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. The area is very quiet while being close to the city center. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (every Tuesday)...
Activities :
- Beach, sailing and nautical activities : The Nautical Center of Pléneuf-Val-André.
- Hiking along the paths of the coast, fishing on foot near the Verdeket during high tides.
- Bike rides with dedicated greenways to go to Cap Fréhel.
- BlueGreen 18-hole golf course with a view of the Plage des Vallées.
- Cinema, Casino, Shops.
- Tennis Club de l'Amirauté.
- Large heated seawater swimming pools - facing the sea - surrounded by high and large windows.
Transportation:
- You can park directly in the private parking inside the house, which can accommodate 2 vehicles.
- Shuttle available in season, bus to Lamballe.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe located at approximately 20 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport : Rennes located at about 1h15 by car.
Other remarks :
- Pets are admitted free of charge in the accommodation. Only one animal accepted per stay.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability. An additional fee may be requested.
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.
To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
- Independent arrival: pick up your keys at a Keycafé box located in Saint-Alban, 4.5 km from the accommodation (7 minutes by car), usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception.
- A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.
