"Ty Elie" welcomes you in the magnificent cove of Port Morvan, in Brittany, in the Côtes d'Armor.
The beach is 50 meters, the marina of Dahouët 1 km, the seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André 1 km with its thalassotherapy and golf.
Hikes and walks: The GR 34 is accessible from the house a 2-minute walk away offering countless hikes and unforgettable views of the sea.
The residence is renovated (2015) with great benefits:
Upstairs: a beautiful living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob), a living room, a dining room opening onto a balcony and terrace. (+ sofa bed).
On the ground floor: bathroom, 3 bedrooms with new bedding: 2 bedrooms with 140 x 200 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200) - Adults or children
Facilities: a bathroom, two toilets, outdoor garden furniture, washing machine, freezer, barbecue (charcoal). Private parking
Miscellaneous:
- Pets allowed on request
- Non smoking house
- Heating / electricity charges to be paid from October to April / May
- Bed service made on arrival Mandatory and payable locally: € 50 for the stay (one week or more)
Weekend on request with a minimum of 2 nights (120 € to 150 € depending on period - price of the night)
Advantageous prices for two consecutive weeks or more.
Possibility of offering Long Stay packages depending on the season.
