Ker Louisette is located in the shelter of the cove of Port Morvan, in Planguenoual in the Côtes d'Armor.
Lots of charm for this small fisherman's house renovated in 2017, with a small enclosed courtyard and a large parking lot that can accommodate several cars or a boat.
The house has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, if necessary.
The RC also has a small entrance with WC
Upstairs, a mezzanine with 2 bunk beds, a master bedroom overlooking the bathroom and WC.
An annex can be added with a convertible sofa and a bathroom-WC
The beach is 100 meters away as well as the customs trail (GR 34) which offers very beautiful hikes and magnificent views of the sea.
This small, secure haven can be particularly suitable for a family with young children.
