This location is not recommended. If they can barely keep floors clean it’s not a surprise they can’t maintain hot water

Lots of natural light. But then it becomes a humid greenhouse effect in the sfterboon.

Extremely noisy intersection with constant traffic honking at 7am. Everyday. Very dirty floors - wore white socks and they became black in an hour of walking around the place. We kept all shoes at front door so it was not something we tracked in. Hot water does not work, having cold showers are horrible for vacation mood. They sent maintenance repair to change battery for the instant water heater but it still malfunctions. Water turns gets hot then cold after 5 minutes. Other times it’s doesnt detect to turn on and heat water. There’s no pattern for how to use hot water. Complaints to management gets dismissed. They may change the battery but there’s issues with the actual heating system. Complaints are needed so they can be accountable for hot water. Also Issues with checking in - security was not notified. We tried to show our booking details and text confirmation and we were held by security for 15-20 minutes to verify at 1am in the morning even though we were given the key code to the door couldn’t go up the elevator due to security. In fairnesss he was doing his job and had he been notified earlier in the day as he should’ve, all would’ve been smooth.

Convenient, Safe, and Beautiful Apartments in Polanco

The check in process was simple as the door code was given prior to arriving. The doorman, which has to let you in, made us feel secure and welcomed us! We had just come from a long journey, so we were stunned to see how beautiful the property was. There were three rooms and four bathrooms which was perfect for our group of 8! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials needed, so we just went on a short walk to Walmart/Costco to get some food for the next couple of days. Everything was very clean upon arrival and I loved that there were QR codes to explain how to use the amenities. Bonus: there was a washer and dryer inside! Overall everything exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return! We truly felt at home at Casa Horacio!

There was still construction/remodeling going on in the rooms above us, so the workers would play music really loud which would wake us up.

Lindo Apartament y buena ubicación, Pésimo servicios.

no tenia internet de WIFI, la clave que nos pasaron no funicionó, y no lo resolvieron, la solución fue, "esa es la clave, intenta r4einiicar el clular, o el router", y lo segundo es que hacia frío y el agua caliente no funcionó, solo alcazó a bañarse 1 persona, y eramos 6

Lindo depto pero equipado muy básico

El departamento es grande y buena ubicación

1) el departamento no tenía calefacción y nos morimos de frío, tampoco había mantas o plumones para abrigarse . 2) el equipamiento de la cocina muy básico, compramos un vino y no había descorchador 3) la primera pieza , el colchón del lado del lado de la ventana estaba hundido ( se formaba un hoyo) 4) en las duchas los pisos no eran antideslizantes , fácil caerse
