De zetel en bedden dienen eens verschoven te worden om grondig te kunnen poetsen. Zeker het stapelbed in de kinderkamer.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit top Lage, mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzialen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top, man stolpert aus dem Wohnzimmer sozusagen direkt an den Strand. Der Strand ist schön und auch die Strandpromenade ist sehr nett. Die Garage samt Autoaufzug ist super und die Wohnung ist sehr modern und wirklich gut ausgestattet (neue Waschmaschine, Trockner, neuer Staubsauger, alles in der Küche, was man braucht, Kinderspielsachen, etc). Zudem ist alles auf einer Ebene und man schläft wirklich extrem ruhig. Nieuwpoort ist auch ein sehr schöner Ort.

Die Bettwäsche war bei Ankunft leider teilweise schmutzig (Blutflecken auf 3 Kissen). Als Gast muss man am Ende selbst die benutzte Bettwäsche abziehen. Das ist wohl mitunter das Problem. Wer weiß, ob wirklich alles abgezogen wird, was benutzt wurde. Bei dem Preis erwarte ich, dass das von der Vermieterin übernommen wird. Zudem muss man am Ende den Müll an öffentlichen kostenpflichtigen Sammelstellen an der Strandpromenade selbst entsorgen. Das kann wohl ebenso für die Gäste übernommen werden. Einen Hinweis zum WLAN Zugang gab es nicht und die Wohnung ist das reinste Funkloch. Empfang gab es nur oben im Hochbett. Es gibt zwar nur 1 Toilette, aber 3 Waschbecken. Es wäre schön, wenn an allen 3 Waschbecken auch eine Seife steht. Tiere sind grundsätzlich erlaubt, das finde ich vor allem im Hinblick auf das Sofa unhygienisch.

Zeer mooie ligging. Prachtig afgewerkt appartement. Ondanks dat je overal dichtbij zit, is het er super rustig. Een aangename plek om te vertoeven.
