A shocking and upset family holiday

Aqua fun and a mini supermarket.

Below are my feedbacks dated 02/08/2021 Monday. To The Sunparks manager . She had acknowledged my complaints . This is our first time in Sunparks, it was not comfortable and shocking to us. 1.the chalet is old and dirty 2.the big black garbage bag was at our front door , on the first day when we arrived! 3.The terrace and garden was full of cigarettes butts! 4.the shower door was leaking, after our shower, the floor was flooded! 5.we booked the bowling, it was in shocking , sad and bad condition 6.only Aqua fun was nice 7. I had been spending my holiday here, killing insects inside the chalet! 8.my two children were severely bitten by insects all over their faces and arms.

I did not like the experience

Given the circumstances, I don't know what to say. Imegine, they did not have WiFi in the house!!

I didn't like the fact that the property claimed that they only had half information. Only 3 small beds were set up. All others were not. My 4 children had nothing prepared for them. I spent almost an hour talking to them and they were not flexible. After I asked them to refund my money and leave they agreed to bring me some bed sheets. The next day we checked out.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt zufireden

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann je nach Lage seines Häuschens in 10 Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand laufen. Die Anlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal ist Top, bei jeder Frage war immer der richtige Tip dabei.

Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung in der Küchenzeile ist sehr dünn gehalten und man kann bei 4 Personen nicht 2x Essen ohne die Spülmaschiene vorher laufen zu lassen

les chalets étaient confortable et bien équipés.

lors de ma réservation de 4 chalets, j'avais demandé qu'ils soit proche les uns des autres ce qui avait été confirmé mais qui n'a pas été appliqué. Il y avait 2 chalets proches mais les 2 ,autres étaient fortement éloignés.

Le parc aquatique , le calme de l établissement et du voisinage

Niveau propreté , fortement à revoir! Malheureusement j ai dû re nettoyer moi même les WC , la salle de bain où j ai trouver une araignée morte dans une des étagères!! Et surtout le fait que nous puissions accéder au logement seulement à 15h et le quitter pour 10h ce n est pas équitable du tout!! Très très très dommage

Genoeg ruimte en alles aanwezig behalve stoelen en stroom voor keuken

Ik had extra betaald voor een rustige plek en elke avond hebben we rap muziek van de buren. Die zich schijnbaar niet konden aanpassen . Stroom keuken, koelkast en magnetron werkte eerste dag niet . We hebben voor dit en de tuinmeubilair die we 2,5 dag niet hadden compensatie gekregen maar was natuurlijk niet naar verhouding. Zou wel weer willen gaan maar dan met duidelijkere afspraken . Want met mooi weer geen meubilair buiten of kapot is apart . En zonder stroom is ook niet handig . Ging om huisje 422

La literie

Notre maison située tout au fond du domaine. Loin de tout...épicerie, piscine... Non clôturé , vraiment pas idéal avec un chien, pourtant admis. Jardin mal entretenu ,mauvaises herbes, terrasse vétuste. Équipement vétuste dans la maison aussi. Baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas correctement. Toboggans fermés en fin juin à la piscine...honteux!! Sans doute trop vétustes eux aussi!! même pas prévenu lors de la réservation. Publicité mensongère quant à la piscine du wellness...promise comme accessible gratuitement...nous nous sommes vues refusé l'accès... soi disant payant! Changez votre site internet qui vend du rêve ! ( voir photo tirée du site web) La piscine extérieure du complexe est minuscule et l'eau sale tellement il y a du monde et que les abords sont mal entretenus: béton brûlant, 3 poubelles qui ont débordé tte la journée ! si vous voulez un transat vous devez en chercher un à l'intérieur (si vous avez la chance d'en trouver un) et le transporter vous même....alors que les maître nageurs sont tranquillement assis sous le parasol!!!! Resto fermé à 20h30...un peu tôt ! Beach Bar fermé alors qu'il faisait 30°. Un canard mort ds le lac ,ça empestait à 100m à la ronde... Le peu de personnel rencontré ne fait aucun effort pour parler français. Bref...600e pour un week-end vraiment décevant !!! je déconseille à 100%

Le lac, aquafun

L’extérieur de la maison sale, des déchets partout..la télé grésille tout le temps, impossible de regarder un film en entier, les lits ne sont pas confortables, les divans non plus ! Et quand on veut boire un verre au beach bar on refuse de nous servir alors qu’il est midi et et il y a quelqu’un dans le bar et le frigo est rempli de boissons !

Tout a été pensé pour plaire aux familles dommage pour la vétusté des lieux

La situation géographique est top . La pleine de jeux pour les enfants , terrain de pétanque , de foot , de basket , mini golf , piscine , etc... sont top et bien pensé il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour ne pas s'ennuyer donc rien à dire de ce coté la !!!

Les lotissements sont très vieux : tapisserie , rideaux . cuisine , salle de bain ... Les fauteuils sont des fauteuils de jardin en plastique ... Le pommeau de douche ne tient plus , la taque électrique est fissuré il y a des plaques en fer pour renforcer la serrure de la maison ... Enfin plein de détails qui montrent que ceux-ci ont déjà eu énormément de passage et deviennent plus que vieux et il serait donc plus que grand temps de les faire rénover au fure et à mesure . Les toboggans de la piscine obsolètes

État général du centre aquatique : poteaux en acier rouillés au niveau d'un des bassins, mauvaises odeurs au niveau des vestiaires, propreté de l'eau (beaucoup de feuilles tombées dans les bassins) le centre mérite un bon rafraîchissement Manque de signalisation pour se repérer dans le parc, beaucoup de panneaux d'indication abîmés, peinture effacée Les 2 grands toboggans hors service pendant notre séjour, les enfants déçus de ne pas pouvoir en profiter

Non, pas parfait du tout.cela fait 8 ans que je n étais pas venue! Quelle déception!!!!!!!

Très déçu de l environnement extérieur notamment : manque de propreté et beaucoup de déchets ( plastique , mégots de cigarettes, et autres sur les chemins de promenade ) C est bien la peine de nous faire " un cours" sur le tri des déchets !!!!
