It was centrally located and well furnished

The booking went through a rental agency ultimo - not customer friendly Despite the high price we needed to bring own sheets and towels, was charged an extra fee for heating and electricity. Was charged cleaning fee at the end of 80 euros despite suggesting you can clean it yourself - which we did. Poor communication - customer unfriendly. Office hours not helpful for picking up keys Warning: Car park dangerous with its low wall at the entrance point - not visible when driving out. Expensive for what it was with all the extra costs incurred. Would not recommend the rental agency ultimo to book through.

When arriving at utimo for our keys no one seemed to know about the apartment, we waited a long time and then were given wrong information about parking and wifi. The apartment was filthy especially the mattress protector, full of staims! and bathrooms very filthy!, very unhygenic!! Microwave was sparking, lights not working, patio filthy. And then to top it all the one night we had rain and the skylight above the stairs and passage leaked like crazy which was very dangerous to have water pouring down stairs. Ultimo was not interested to help us at all and booking .com said they cant help. Will not recommend anyone booking to stay there!

Nichts, außer Nancy die sich bemüht hat

Schlechte Organisation Check dauerte über 2 Stunden. Garage liegt am Ende der Stadt und ist für einen Smart ausgelegt. Ungeziefer in den Räumen. Betten durchgelegen und knarzen bei jeder Bewegung. W-LAN geht nicht. Strom und Wasser kosten extra und werden von Kaution abgezogen. Mussten 4x Nachweisen das wir bezahlt hatten, sogar nach Abreise

Ruim appartement op de dijk van Oostduinkerke, boven ‘het zoet genot’, 2e verdieping

Ruim appartement met zeezicht en 2 afgescheiden kamers. Zetelbed in de living. Wifi en digitale TV inbegrepen.

Weinig borden. Bestek en sommige glazen waren niet proper bij aankomst.

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad!

De locatie was echt perfect. Alles op loopafstand. Dichtbij het strand en in de buurt leuke restaurants, supermarkt en een fietsenwinkel waar je fietsen kunt huren voor een goede prijs. In het appartement was er voldoende keukengerei. Er is buiten de accommodatie een groot parkeerplaats waar je je auto voor een week met een speciale kaart met een bepaalde kleur, die je vooraf koopt kunt parkeren. Deze kaart kun je ook gebruiken op andere plekken. Echt een groot voordeel. Verder is er altijd wel wat te doen in Oostduinkerke en in de omliggende plaatsen. Bijvoorbeeld winkelen in Nieuwpoort! Echt een fijne vakantiebestemming en een aanrader!

- De lattenbodems van de eenpersoonsbedden zijn doorgezakt. De veren in de bedbodem hebben hun stevigheid verloren, waardoor ze geen ondersteuning meer bieden. Dit zorgde voor oncomfortabel slapen. Dat is echt zonde! Dus nieuwe bedden aanschaffen! Gelukkig was er nog een bedbank in de ruimte waar je redelijk op kunt slapen. - In de keuken van het appartement is een inductie kookplaat. Helaas kwamen wij erachter dat er pannen waren die aan de onderkant bol waren en dus niet geschikt waren om ermee te koken. -Als je elektrische fiets huurt heb je geen ruimte om ze veilig te stallen. Dus kun je de fietsen niet voor meerdere dagen huren. Dit is echt jammer! -Aan het eind van de vakantie wordt gevraagd om de vuilniszakken buiten te zetten, maar dit is niet handig vanwege de zeemeeuwen.

Die Dusche war genügend Platz, immerhin

Die Ferienwohnung war nicht was wir erhofft hatten. Groß aber ungemütlich und kalt. Zum übernachten für 6 Personen aufs Sofa passen nur max.3.. In der Anzeige stand Meerblick. Von innen heraus war kein Meer zu sehen, nur eine Straße. Du musst erst raus gehen um das Meer sehen zu können. Ebenso war eine Terasse angegeben Eine kleine verdreckte Hinterhofterasse mit hohen Wänden voller Spinnweben die gar nicht zum verweilen einläd, eher zum gruseln,und auch keine Sitzmöglichkeiten bietet.. Sowas als Ferienwohnung mit Terasse und Meerblick zu verkaufen ist.schon ... Die Wohnung war schmutzig und auch vom Vormieter standen noch Sachen rum. In der Toilette bekommt man Platzangst Das Badezimmer ohne Tageslicht mit und zu dunkler Beleuchtung zum schminken nicht so toll. Also Spiegel nicht vergessen außer den im Badezimmer gibts sonst keinen. Der Kühlschrank hat kein Eisfach.Von der Kaution für eventuelle Schäden wurde uns auch noch 50 Euro Wassergeld und 10 Euro für Strom abgezogen. Das war vorher nicht aufgeführt und das für 7 Tage. Ein Fernseher steht drin aber ohne Fersehprogramm. Man kann sich bei Streamingdiensten anmelden sofern man welche aboniert hat. Für den Preis nicht noch einmal.

De zee de wind

Slechte verwarming die we niet overal opgezet kregen, Geen hulp, geen instructie boekje, geen technische bijstand, zelf batterijen moeten gaan kopen, en. Nog niet werken Ze leverden wel even een klein elektrisch verwarmingske maar op de badkamer was er geen stopcontact, En achteraf kregen we als zogenaamde compensatie ons elektriciteitsverbruik gratis. Maar ook hier was geen sprake van op’etingen bij de intrede noch bij ‘t verlaten. Dus ze kunnen zeggen wat ze willen over ons verbruik. Geen hulp, geen service tijdens de week van oudejaarsavond en nieuwjaar. En ‘t was koud en heel winderig

Aufenthalt in Oostduinkerke

Das Apartment, direkt am Strand, war ausgezeichnet. Es war Stilvoll eingerichtet und durch die Nähe zum Strand, und den einfachen Zugang, war der Aufenthalt genial. Ausnahmslos jeder konnte ausgezeichnet Englisch sprechen, sodass es niemals Verständnisprobleme gab. Zusätzlich gab es an der Promenade eine Menge Lokale, mit den verschiedensten Gerichten. - meine Empfehlung - Natur-Muscheln -

Dass es keinen, dem Apartment zugehörigen, Parkplatz gab. Parken in Wohnungsnähe ist teuer und kostenloses Parken ist erst in einiger Entfernung möglich.
