Leuke vakantiewoning op wandelafstand van het strand

Ruime woning, ideaal om met meerdere gezinnen te delen. Verzorgde kamers, ook overal babybedjes aanwezig indien nodig. Toffe ligging, op wandelafstand van de dijk.

Eigen bed- en badlinnen zijn mee te nemen (of te huren tegen een meerprijs van 35 euro per persoon, wat ons nogal hoog leek). Sommige kleine ongemakjes (een doucheknop die loskwam, een verwarming die lekte...) waaraan je ziet dat er hier en daar wel iets aan vernieuwing toe is, maar over het algemeen een zéér aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Oké, maar kan zeker nog beter

Locatie dichtbij de zee, voldoende parkeerplaats, genoeg ruimte, vriendelijke host (problemen gemeld, snel antwoord), latere uitcheck ter compensatie voor matige hygiëne en niet werkende kinderbedjes gekregen

Hygiëne sanitair/keuken/slaapkamers, sommige zaken zijn zeker aan vernieuwing/opfrissing toe (kinderbedjes, werking afvoer wc/bad, keukengerei, toiletborstels, buitenspeelgoed kids, bepaalde hoofdkussens, muffere geur,...)

Het vakantiehuis bevindt zich op een toplocatie om Nieuwpoort te ontdekken. Zee dicht bij de dijk. Leuke lounge. Ruime living. Goede kamer

De ligging van het huis is top. Vlakbij de jachthaven en de vaargeul. Een leuke locatie in Nieuwpoort. Er kunnen voldoende auto’s parkeren.

We hadden een heel leuk verblijf

Gezellig gehad met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen

De locatie was heel fijn, dicht bij het strand en winkels en restaurantjes. Het huis was op zich mooi, goede bedden en ruimte genoeg voor 11 personen.

De hygiëne, verschrikkelijk babyflesje van andere gasten lag nog tussen stapelbed. De badkamer was in een woord ranzig en de afzuigkap in de keuken was in geen jaren schoongemaakt. Alles in de keuken was vettig en de keuken rook niet fris.

Ruime villa, ruime slaapkamers,... Netjes, alles aanwezig. Snelle en vriendelijke communicatie met de eigenaars. Fijn verblijf.

Situation idéale. Grandes chambres et grands espaces de vie. Premier barbecue de l'année sur une terrasse bien équipée et agréable.

Dans l ensemble belle prestation quartier calme et agréable

L espace, le confort et proche de la plage, parking pouvant accueillir 4 voitures mais pas conseillé pour des personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité .

Un nettoyage dans les placards de cuisine s impose . Aucun produit pour le lave vaisselle

Malgré la météo maussade, très bon week-end dans cette belle villa hyper confortable

Emplacement idéal, au calme mais près des magasins et de la plage. Mobilier de qualité et pensé pour les familles avec petits enfants. Jolie décoration, même le sapin de Noël était présent.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans le 3ème étage (une chambre et une salle de bain avec douche) ainsi que dans une chambre du deuxième étage.

Fijn weekendje

Samen met m'n vriendengroep (9 personen) heb ik hier 2 nachten verbleven. Door enkele slechte reviews waren we wat op ons hoede maar dit was zeker niet nodig! De eigenares was heel snel te bereiken indien we met vragen zaten. De volledige groep heeft zich hartstikke geamuseerd. Het verblijf is gezellig aangekleed en er is heel wat aanwezig (dubbele donsdekens, heleboel service) zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

In de gedeeltelijk ruimte kregen we de gewenste temperatuur snel maar in de kamers boven was het in de nacht wel fris, misschien hebben we niet de juiste manier gevonden maar dit was wel een minpuntje. De ramen boven zagen er groen uit maar voor de rest zag alles er proper uit. De laken en handdoeken service was voor ons (studenten) wat te duur dus houd er rekening mee dat je die van thuis moet meenemen.

Tout était parfait. Super bien située, la villa est très confortable et bien équipée.
