An excellent introduction to the Belgian coast

The location was excellent- easy access to the tram which travels the full length of the Belgian coast and runs frequently. Free car park right next door to the house. Easy and quick access to shops and the marina and beach.

Not quite enough written information in either French or English although our hosts could answer any query we made directly. They were very helpful.

Lovely house in Nieuwpoort.

This is our second visit to the property great position in the town of Nieuwpoort. Facilities in the house are great. Didn’t use the garden as the weather was poor but would be lovely in the summer. 5 mins walk to the Tram with access to the whole of the coast of Belgium. Loads of very good restaurants all within walking distance but did have to book ahead. May be because it was valentines. Supermarket 5 mins walk away and parking on the toad right outside the house. Sarah easy to contact should it be needed. Will visit again.

Sehr schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen!

Charmantes Haus in ruhigem Viertel. Schön eingerichtet mit toller Küche. Viel Platz, alles da was man braucht, gute Lage mit kostenlosem Parkplatz nebenan. Abgeschlossener Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und sogar Trampolin und Tischtennisplatte.

Dusche nur im Dachgeschoss im en suite Bad ohne Tür. Infos zum Haus auf Englisch oder Deutsch wären schön. Internet manchmal langsam.

Zeer fijn contact met de eigenaars. Alles was prima in orde. Verwachtingen waren zeer duidelijk. zeer goede bedden. Ideaal huisje met jonge kinderen.

Goed comfort voor gezinsvakantie

De locatie is zeer goed, en er is veel parkeergelegenheid. Het is een ruim aangenaam huis. Heerlijke bedden en geen last van een huilende baby in de aanpalende kamer (hoorbaar maar niet heel erg). De communicatie met Johan en Sarah verliep heel vlot.

Bij het opkuisen van een gesneuveld glas zagen we dat er veel vuil onder de zetel lag (oa. hondenhaar). Niet alle keukengerei was proper en de kinderstoel ook niet. In 1 slaapkamer lagen ook nog papiertjes van snoepjes. Bij een kost van 100 euro voor schoonmaak, mag het netter zijn. Ook de (lage) kost van het afval dien je als gast nog te betalen. De aanwezigheid van stofzuiger ipv borstel zou beter zijn.

Ruime woning met kleine ommuurde privé-tuin

de nabijheid van een ruime openbare parking en de ongekende rust in een stad ; ok het was wel weekend maar het was er rustiger dan in ons eigen Zolder.

dat er maar 1 douche beschikbaar is op het eerste verdiep naast een tweede douche op het tweede verdiep. ik neem aan dat als je er met 7-8 personen toch gemakkelijker en goedkoper aan water is om zich te douchen dan allemaal apart een bad te nemen; ik zou het bad vervangen door een inloopdouche
