Amazing location, spacious bed, and friendly staff. The self check-in process was also very smooth and I had no issues despite arriving late at night. The free drinking water available on-site was a really nice touch that made life much easier too. There are multiple charging outlets. I was able to store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out of the hotel. It was easy to communicate even though I have a beginner A1 Spanish level. Again, the location cannot be beat! Condesa is a fantastic neighborhood, and this hotel is right in the middle of it. Loved my stay!

The price-to-value ratio is great, so these are all minor tradeoffs. As expected from the pictures, the rooms are on the smaller side. However, they are very functional and there is enough closet space for up to 2 people, plus the huge bed is very comfortable. The size is to be expected given the price in a trendy, central neighborhood in Mexico's largest city. A little bit of the shower water gets onto the floor (very typical for hotels without a bathtub), but you can adjust the angle of the showerhead and/or use an extra towel to dry the floor if needed. It was reassuring to know that A/C was available in case of a heat wave - but it is loud. I just slept with fewer layers of sheets plus the weather is really nice at night anyways (around 60 degrees Fahrenheit). Many older-style homes on Airbnbs don't even have A/C, so I'm glad that I chose this accommodation via Booking.

The shower leaked so much water every time I used it. It was so stressful to have to clean the floors after every time I showered. The toilet/bathroom was a weird setup. It’s okay for a solo traveler but I would never come here with a partner. The room was on the ground floor and the window faced directly to the street. Luckily I had a loud air conditioner which created white noise so I didn’t hear anything outside. Attached is the photo after a quick shower. When I stayed in the shower longer to wash my hair there was water EVERYWHERE outside on the floor
