CASA LALIQUE

The hotel was very cute, clean and cozy! The location is great and a very safe neighbourhood. The employees were very nice and at all times available for questions. I would definitely come back.

The decor was really nice. There are several guest spaces including a kitchen, courtyard, upper patio, and sitting area. All were very nice. Good communication via WhatsApp. Responsive to concerns.

Really cheap bedding. Microfibre sheets that don’t breathe and trap heat. Lumpy polyester pillows. The mattress is the Lalique room has body indentations so it feels like you are trying to roll uphill when you turn over in bed. Mouldy ceiling in the Indika room shower.

The decor was very nice. Staff are accommodating and keep everything very clean. The location felt very safe. The neighborhood is lovely.

The bedsheets are cheap microfibre. They don’t breathe at all and they trap heat. The mattress in the Lalique room is due to be replaced as it has indentation. The pillows were cheap and lumpy with polyester fill. The quality of the bedding did not match the quality of the service and decor. The bathroom in the Indika room has mould on the ceiling.

Great communication from staff, housekeeping did very tidy work. Bed was very comfortable. Very compact room but great for a solo traveler. Nice location

The shower leaked so much water every time I used it. It was so stressful to have to clean the floors after every time I showered. The toilet/bathroom was a weird setup. It’s okay for a solo traveler but I would never come here with a partner. The room was on the ground floor and the window faced directly to the street. Luckily I had a loud air conditioner which created white noise so I didn’t hear anything outside. Attached is the photo after a quick shower. When I stayed in the shower longer to wash my hair there was water EVERYWHERE outside on the floor
