Perfecte ligging midden in de wijk Condesa
Je kunt zelf de temperatuur niet regelen. Soms beetje fris

The location in Condesa area was very convenient. Lots of shops, restaurants and Parque Mexico nearby. I believe there are 5 apartments in this 3 story building. My particular apartment on the second floor was bright and airy with bedroom, living room/dining room and decent size kitchen, unlike a very small one on the first floor that friends were staying in. I felt bad for them because it was so cramped, dark and cold, with tiny fridge and small microwave on top. My apartment had a full size fridge and large microwave. Then again, there was a huge price difference in the two apartments (double for mine). Oddly, there is no choice of apartment size or pricing on the Booking.com website, It's a crap shoot I guess. I should mention that the attached building next door is abandoned and derelict which was a bit disappointing to come home to. We all loved the covered rooftop terrace which had a dining table, chairs and two large comfy couches. There is even a bathroom and wet bar up there. There was an Amazon Echo Dot3 in both apartments so there was always music, weather and anything Alexa available. I should mention the bathroom and walk in shower were nice, with plenty of hot water from the on-demand water heater. Soap and shampoo and hair dryer were supplied. I did miss not having a shelf in the shower to put my own things on. They ended up on the floor. The living room had a comfy couch and a coffee table. There was an obvious, blank spot for an on-wall TV that would have been a bonus. The apartment was surprisingly void of any artwork making it quite stark. The bedroom did have an on wall TV and a nice tapestry over the bed.
I stayed for 9 nights. The first thing I noticed was two bath towels, but only one hand towel (with a grease mark) and no face cloths. There was no dish towel in the kitchen, just a roll of paper towels. I bought a dish towel. I relied on cooking myself. The kitchen was well equipped but I missed a simple paring knife to cut an apple or cheese. I went out and bought one. A supplied, huge, sharp knife was overkill. There was no cutting board so I supplied my own. It's the little things that make it more pleasant. I discovered that the ultra light (cheap) non-stick pan was not! Luckily the apartment was supplied with a bottle of olive oil which solved that next time round. Salt and pepper supplied too. I did not realize on booking that there was no heat or A/C in this building. I was cold one night and had to use the hair dryer to heat up the bedroom a bit. My friends downstairs requested a space heater shortly after their arrival. Mexico in February is typically 79-84F during the day dropping to 48-55F at night. It would have been nice for a heating A/C option some times. I understand most places don't have heating or A/C. Of important note: There are two serious tripping hazards in this particular apartment, because the bedroom entry is raised 4 inches from the rest of the apartment and the bathroom is raised by 3 inches. The transitions are poorly marked with black tape on the top surface instead of something more visible, as you approach or exit those rooms. I tripped twice during my stay and luckily caught myself. I also stepped down very hard exiting the bedroom one morning, forgetting about that 4" step-down. You MUST leave a light on at night lest you potentially trip on the sharp edged ceramic tile step-up. I would not recommend this for elderly or fragile individuals. There lighting in the bathroom over the mirror is very dim for shaving or applying make up. I literally had to use a flashlight to shave.

Muy buena ubicación y las instalaciones muy agradables. Buena seguridad en los accesos.
El equipamiento de cocina podría ser un poco más completo.
