Wish there were a kettle in the room, there is a shared kitchen on ground level, sometimes it is nice to have comvenienc

Delightful Condesa Room, with two double beds, and a handy refrigerator,

Awesome location, roomy and clean room. The fridge in our room was wonderful. We would have some bread and cheese to start our day, and use the shared kitchen to get tea, then off to explore. The location was wonderful. After a day of exploring we enjoyed watching streaming movies on the Smart TV. The filtered water in the shared kitchen was awesome.

We were in CDMX in January, and I didn’t realize it would be soooo cold at night. An extra blanket helped, but we missed the portable heater at our hotel. We didn’t realize there was no maid service/housekeeping, and it was so cold our towels never dried. They brought us some trash bags, so we could take out our trash, so that worked well. The water pressure isn’t as strong as we would have liked.

Great location, decently comfortable. Horrible shower experience.

The location was exactly what I wanted. Right in Condesa with easy access to the beautiful neighborhood by walking. It was not on a main street which meant it was a little quieter. Having a key code entry and being on the second floor was nice.

The shower barely worked. The water barely got hot and would only last for a little bit at a time when it did warm up. It would also just drip out when hot which was not very nice. Taking a shower after a long day of travel or exploring the city is an important way to feel comfortable and it didn't provide. There were also ants in my bathroom which was a bit gross.

Super convenient, beautiful area, great value

Loved the location, the bed is super comfortable, great street view, clean, well lit, good shared space. Great self check-in. Responsive owners. It’s quiet, close to everything.

The shower was difficult to get to the right temperature and the hot water didn’t last long.

Location is great, the communication needs to improve and their listings updated.

Just location.

The room itself did not have windows to the exterior, so it only got ventilated from an inside window open to the reception. This was not disclosed on the listing, if it had been I wouldn't have booked the room. Also, because the window was in the reception space; it got nosy with people coming in and out, and it felt unsafe for a solo traveler. The cleaning did not happen at all during my stay, nor was the trash taken out, nor did they told me where it could be taken. On my last day of stay the cleaning lady told me they had not cleaned my room because I had to give them permission beforehand to do so; and they also showed me where the trash could have been taken. This information was not shared on the listing at any point, nor was it communicated to me by the management/Host. I asked for a room change, and getting in contact with staff was difficult, in the sense they would answer after several hours or the next day. they were unable to provide another room, which is understandable, but their listing did not match the room I was given either. Wifi password was also was not shared from the beginning.

Nette Lage - Ameisen im Badezimmer unhygienisch

Bequemes Bett, gute Lage, haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Metro ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Leider hatten wir von Tag 1 an Ameisen im Badezimmer, die sich Tag für Tag vermehrten. Der Gastgeber wollte jemanden vorbei schicken, um Insektenmittel aufzutragen, es kam aber keiner. Heute ist es eine lange Ameisenstraße, die sich im ganzen Badezimmer verteilt hat, sehr unhygienisch.

La ubicación es buena. Tiene una tienda de conveniencia abierta 24 horas en la esquina y, en la otra esquina, unos tacos muy ricos.

No cerraba bien la puerta de la regadera y se salió un poco de agua.

Muy buen lugar con gran ubicación, limpio y cómodo.

Nos gustó la limpieza. La ubicación es muy buena. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje antes de nuestro check-in. Hay una zona común para uso bastante adecuada. El acceso fue muy fácil con indicaciones claras.

El cuarto no contaba con A/C, lo que puede dar problemas en verano, ya que la única ventana da hacia la recepción, adentro del edificio. La puerta de vidrio de la ducha no impide que el agua se escape, por lo que se moja todo el baño al usarla.

Razoável, localização muito boa

A localização é muito boa, próximo ao metrô e aos bairros que tem muitos restaurantes e bares. Self check-in também me agrada porque evita desencontros e agiliza o processo. O quarto é confortavel e muito limpo, o tamanho também é bom.

A única questão negativa é o chuveiro, muito difícil de conseguir manejar a água quente. Quando fui estava frio, por volta de 10 graus, e não consegui tomar um banho quentinho. Aparentemente é um problema recorrente no méxico tho.

El agua caliente es escasa (presion) y se regula con mucha dificultad. La zona de cocina es àmplia pero carece de bastantes recursos. Mi habitación no tenia ventana, solo el baño. En general necesita un repaso de pintura y actualizar las instalaciones

Nos encanto la ubicacion ya que podias llegar facilmente a lugares para desayunar, comer, cenar o bares. Hay 7eleven super cerca. Las habitaciones eran grandes y la cama esta muy comoda.

A localização e a privacidade são excelentes. Com certeza me hospedaria lá novamente.

La falta de agua caliente se solucionó ese mismo día pero si fue un problema ya que nosotros teníamos un compromiso a primera hora y el host le falta un poco más de seguimiento por mensaje aunque por llamada si me contestó

Quarto limpo, cama confortável, banho quente, silencioso, rua tranquila, bairro agradável, wifi bom. Tivemos boas noites de sono durante a estadia.

Um pouco distante do metrô e metrobus. São cerca de 15 minutos caminhando, porém, isso não foi um problema.
