The attention of the owner was very good and the views were good.
The curtains were not enough and didn't fit the hole window. They were installed on the opposite side and only had one curtain panel for each window. We had to use the blinds to prevent the lights and heat from coming inside. The refrigerator was very small and there was no microwave. There's no air conditioning in all the bedrooms, so we had to put the one in the living room a lot of cold and close everything else to let the room be refreshed

Excellent property with a great view, proximity to restaurants, parking, ease of stay. Very friendly host, comfortable, clean and equipped rooms. No complaints, highly recommended for family and group travelers in Sarande !
All was to my expectation, even more than expectations I'd say.
