The personnel was helpful. Interesting architecture and interior design
Breakfast is of a 3star hotel. Property wasn’t very clean. Pool steps were slippery and a bit dirty.

The resort was great, the pool and the private beach were good!
- Let me start with the apartment, it was a low to mid apartment, especially given the cost. It was small. They hadn't provided even the most basic appliances like a washing machine and a microwave that should be in the apartment. The TV wasn't a smart TV, and there was no TV in the bedroom. They hadn't even given some complimentary bottles of water that even basic hotels give.
- Secondly, let me get to the services. The key wasn't working initially and even the bellboy who had accopanied us to our apartment couldn't open the door.
- Our bedroom AC wasn't working properly and wasn't cooling the room. When we tried reaching out to them, they initially werent responsive. When they did pick up, they were very casual about it. They sent a guy who didn't speak English at all and when we were finally able to make him understand the issue (after a lot of trials), he didn't bother to even try fixing the AC. He just said that it is working (when it was clearly not!). This is not the kind of service you expect from a 5-star hotel!
- Other services were really bad too. We didn't get the towel card that was given to all guests. We had to wait at the reception to get our towels.
- The air dryer, and a bunch of plugs in the room weren't working!
- Finally, the most iconic infinity pool was under construction and they should have clearly told us about that beforehand. The pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel.
