A disappointing Experience

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was completely dead — no atmosphere, no proper facilities. One day there was no running water for several hours. All the pools were closed, the gym was in terrible condition with broken or useless machines, and there were no massage services available despite being advertised. I paid for what was supposed to be a relaxing experience but got poor service instead. Even the lifts were often out of order. Nothing about my stay was enjoyable — definitely not worth the money.

Wonderful Stay – Beautiful Flats and Excellent Service!

We stayed as a group of 5 and rented two flats during our trip – both were absolutely stunning and in excellent condition. The apartments were spacious, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the cleaning team. They were truly outstanding friendly, professional, and took great care in looking after the flats on a daily basis. Everything was kept spotless throughout our stay, which made a huge difference and really enhanced our overall experience. The location was also very convenient, and the overall service was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

The spa facilities didn’t quite match the standard of the rest of the accommodation. The jacuzzi is very small, the sauna was not hot enough, the steaming room was not working etc.

Great place for poolside vacation

Great spacious apartment, balcony and view, comfortable bed, air conditioning, washing and line drying facilities, plenty of restaurants close by. Pools and beach are good, staff well informed and friendly.

Limited cooking utensils e.g. no bottle opener or spatula, but minor inconvenience only. No instructions for TV etc so couldn't really watch anything. Suggest take your own TV cables etc.

Amazing family vacation with small kids and elder people

Everything was very beautiful and the architecture is really unique and interesting. The location is next to the sea with a private beach for the hotel. The apartment was very spacious with three amazing bathrooms, comfortable sofa in the living room and two very spacious bathrooms.

Nice large hotels by the sea

A very nice hotel, surrounded by flowers and with an interesting design. Close to the beach. My child enjoyed the pool. We booked accommodation without breakfast, but we saw the restaurant, which looked very romantic. There are many pleasant restaurants near the hotel.

It was difficult for us to find our room number, as the sign with the number was placed in such a way that it was not visible when passing by. Our first elevator card did not work, and we noticed that we were not the only ones in this situation and asked the staff or other guests for help, as it is difficult to leave the hotel without an elevator.

Saranda family holiday ♥️

The pools the beach the location where all fantastic. The staff were all lovely. The cleaners were amazing 👏 The towel lady was so friendly and lovely and helpful. The resturants food was to a high standard Beach pizzas very good aswel

The pool bar service could have been better but only the pool bar. The room was well presented and had all things we needed. But in some areas things needed fixing which let it down slightly. Indoor pool was closed which was disappointing .

Pricey but worth it

The swimming pool were really warm and the food at the restaurant was next level delicious, especially the seafood sushi ! I also had a Swedish massage that was really good. The breakfast is worth every penny.

The parking was expensive with no real other options to park outside, so you are kinda forced to pay their fee. I didn't like the beach with lots of rocks as my feet can't stand it, I didn't have the special shoes.

Central location, nice view but a resort as you might expect it

The view from the appartments is great. The parking works flawlessly. The spa and massage is of a very high standard. The beach restaurant is really good.

Expect some noise from the street. The elevator is a bottle neck. The staff tried to solve by requiring an access card, which never worked for us. The gourmet restaurant is expensive but not really gourmet quality. Waiting an hour for the main course is for example not what I would except. There are better and cheaper alternatives in the vicinity. The fitness facilities are worn down. Last but not least, I would prefer s more ambient pool experience with less loud music.

Not recommended

Nice view to the sea and beach

Very disappointing stay. The apartment only had air conditioning on the upper floor, so the living/dining area was unbearably hot during the day. Access to the apartment was complicated — we had to walk through the entire hotel and go up and down several flights of stairs. It’s also far from the city center, making it inconvenient for going out at night. Would not stay here again.

Bitter sweet

Nice pool staff and cleaning staff.

The hotel has so much potential, it’s sad to see how they are not making more out of what they have. The apartment had such bad lighting, like you’re in a hospital, only ceiling lights. So if you’re in the bed room at night it was either full ceiling lights on or no light at all, a bedside table lamp is not much to ask for in a hotel. The bathrooms has no windows and again poor lighting, you hardly saw anything, doing one’s make up in there wouldn’t be possible. They played way too loud music by the pool, and it started from 10.00 until 19.00, same playlist every day. The hotel had ONE small elevator taking you to the reception and the pool area so you spent a lot of time waiting for that elevator. The reception had a WhatsApp number they said you could text them on if you needed anything, they either took long time to answer or never answered at all.

great & helpful staff and the amenities were brilliant. A short 15 minute walk to the main strip. The use of pool & beach before and after check in & out was so so helpful.

This apartment we stayed in was not amazing. The hotel rooms we stayed in were much better. Hole in the door which needs fixing, bed was very creeky, Towel hanger was broken, no stopper in the sink. Overall some small things which need fixing and for a 5 star should not be broken.

Great 2 bedroom apartment with lots of space plus the swimming pool a minute away and easy access to the beach and sea for swimming and to view the excellent sunsets.

The property is a little out of the main town but this made it quieter and there were still lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. At times the music around the pool was too loud but this is only a small point and not all the time.

The space of apartment.

The payment method was confusing because although the full payment was authorized via a credit card at the time of booking, when we went to the hotel we were asked to pay half of the full amount as only half had been withdrawn at the beginning. The pool was very small and the beach was dangerous and almost non-existent. The service at the beach bar was delayed and lacked basic products such as decaffeinated coffee. The exit from the parking lot was through an inconvenient and dangerously steep strait. The location of the hotel was 1.5 km away from the city, but the sidewalk is almost absent and people are often forced to walk on the road of vehicles (super heavy with traffic).

Perfect.

The location of the property was great, short walk into town and were many small restaurants close by. The beach and pool area were clean and well kept. The views were incredible. We stayed in an apartment with outdoor patio area which was a great space to relax in the evening. We had the breakfast on our last day and the selection was vast and the breakfast area was beautiful with great views. We will be booking again for next year.

Dissapointing - look elsewhere (NOT 5 Star)

The space for the number of guests we had, it had a good shower (although it drenched the entire bathroom) and the location bars and restaurants was great.. oh and the car park was amazing

It was a like arriving into a noisy 18-30 holiday camp! Such loud music you need earplugs to relax. Getting in and out of the hotel was a big challenge, the place is not very well sign posted and any new arrivals were left walking in circles and getting very frustrated. We got stuck in a lift twice with the lights going out!!! Our extra bed, although agreed on Booking.com, was not set up or known about on the hotel system, which caused issues and a long wait for a bed. Staff came across as aloof and uncaring (not the carpark staff or the bell boy - they were a credit) . Guests put their towels on sun lounges early and leave them most of the day without actually being at the pool, which seemed ridiculous! The 5 star rating is a bit steep, the accommodation in my opinion is equal to a UK Butlins resort! I was also very happy I didn’t have all the steps to contend with, unlike many poor guests staying further down the hill.

Included breakfast was not included as we had kitchen facilities but we could go for 14.50 if we liked. Music was so loud I kept getting dangerous noise notifications on my Apple Watch . Price of car park 10 euro per day when we arrived . We picked up a car a day later and it was suddenly 12 euros per day . Kitchen was not fully equipped so we couldn’t easily prepare food . No shade on balcony and we were five people but not enough space on the couch for us all at night or enough comfy chairs on terrace . Areas of hotel that were exclusive and not for everyone . We were promised a luxury holiday and it just wasn’t . You couldn’t go anywhere without a wallet . Personnel were ok but not really friendly . Room not cleaned on last day . Wiring exposed and dangerous . So many steps and a crazy layout that defies all understanding . I felt like an anonymous number here . We were clearly there just to generate income . Quality extremely poor . The concept of the Bougainville bay is great but they didn’t manage what they promise . After a week there we felt exhausted and stressed . Don’t go there

View from the room is eye pleasing, and the room was spacious with decent amenities.You also get pool access and access to some other areas along. The infinity pool access is charged separately, and overall, a good stay.

The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurants were very good quality.

There were too many burnt light bulbs in our apartment. I would have liked cards to open the apartment door instead of a traditional key.

Beautiful Hotel, spotlessly clean, excellent location.

We stayed in Apartment 7 which had an amazing view, large private outdoor decking area with table and chairs, the master bedroom over looked the sea and Corfu. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had an abudence of clean towels everyday. It was a 2 minute walk to the sea. Out Apartment had its own Wi-Fi router which kept the kids happy. It was a 10 -15 minute walk to all the main bars & restaurants. The car park as 10 euro a day but was 2-3 minutes from our apartment.

After driving for 4 hours we arrived at 2pm, checking was at 3pm. I asked to complete the paperwork and pay so all I had to do was collect the key at 3pm. Girl on reception was abrupt and not very helpful, I had to insist. She could have checked to see if my room was ready but she didn't. I came back at 3pm and collected my key, by 3:30pm there was a huge queue at reception. The other thing I did not like is they kept my passport until I checked out. I dont know why as they made a copy. This was a constant worry incase I fogot to collect it when I left.
