Fantastic apartment found off season so very affordable stay for 28 days. Communication was quick and helpful, thank you Jiri for all your help. The apartment is newly built, clean with modern furnishing and facilities. Although quite a way from the centre, I found the location to be ideal for working and studying remotely without too much traffic and noise about.
Occasional construction noise in the mornings but this can be expected anywhere in Sarande

Jiri’s apartment is clean , spacious and has incredible sunset views. It’s close to a number of restaurants and the bus to town/ksamil is just outside the property. I like to walk so I did not mind the 30min walk down to the promenade … such a great find! I will definitely return
I stayed a month and would’ve loved a weekly clean but Jiri offered a biweekly clean and the lady was so thorough! I was very impressed.

Отличное расположение номера с видом на море. Чистый просторный номер, в котором есть все самое необходимое для проживания. Удобные кровать и диван. Рядом много ресторанов и супермаркетов. Через дорогу находится детская площадка, что очень хорошо,кто отдыхает с детьми.
