Rezidenca e Kalter Apartments

The accommodation was clean, very spacious, with a nice side view of the sea from the terrace and comfortable beds. The kitchen had enough equipment for basic cooking, and there was also a washing machine. The owners were very polite, helpful, and proactive. There was also a private garage for the car, which could be locked remotely.

The shower area is quite small and only has a curtain, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet after showering. The air conditioning works well for the living room and kitchen, which are in one open-plan space, but it does not cool the bedrooms very effectively. The owner did provide us with a fan, which helped. Guests are expected to clean the apartment themselves during the stay. This was not a problem for us, but some people may prefer regular housekeeping. It was actually the first time we had stayed somewhere for 20 days without the owners entering the apartment at all.

Everything was excellent. Çdo gjë ishte shume mire. Mikpritesit me nje komunikim fantastik . Na krijuan kushte pertej asaj cfare ofronte apartamenti dhe kjo pa pagese shtese. Ishte shume bukur.

Mieszkanie było idealne dla naszej grupy,,,4 osoby dorosłe i 2 nastolatków. Posiada wszystkie udogodnienia, których potrzebowaliśmy: lodówkę, mikrofalówkę, garnki, patelnie, żelazko, suszarkę do włosów oraz bardzo czystą pościel i ręczniki. Wszystko było zadbane i przygotowane z dużą dbałością. Ogromnym plusem była również przemiła właścicielka, która zawsze służyła pomocą i chętnie pomagała w każdej sprawie. Zdecydowanie polecamy😊

Nie oceniamy braku widoku na morze jako minusa, ponieważ od początku wiedzieliśmy, że apartament ma widok na wewnętrzne podwórko i balkony. Wiemy jednak, że właściciele mają w budynku również apartamenty z widokiem na morze, więc następnym razem wybierzemy właśnie taki. 😊

The view first of all.Rooms.were nice and the beds comfortable,everything someone needs it is inside(fridge,kitchen etc)

Needs some renovation inside.Maybe it didn't have solar heating for the water,we didn't get informed about that,first time we had this experience.Also the booking was made online,we didn't pay online.It was a last minute booking,I thought I payed online because usually I do automatically.When we met for the check-in ,we didn't get asked for money.In the checkout after we gave the person the key ,he ran behind us to ask for the money when we where in the car.The cleaning was ok..
