Spotless lodge, fully equipped, great location, super modern facilities and the bed was so so comfy! Full sized single beds for the kids, and comfy sofas.
All the kitchen equipment was of good quality, unlike a lot that we've stayed in before.

The property is well positioned for local exploring, the site is quiet and relaxing. The bed is comfortable. Showers powerful.
We arrived to bags of dog poo left near the steps, and a surf board, dog bowl and fishing net blocking the front door. This property lacks supplies of basics, you would expect some hand soap at very least, it wouldn’t take a lot to supply hand soap in the bathrooms/kitchens. There is also no washing up liquid, dish cloth etc. I appreciate this a self catering property, but not to provide basic supplies is particularly tight and I don’t expect to have to bring my whole kitchen and bathroom with me! This property is also not the cleanest, it needs a deep clean - it’s a quick surface clean between arrivals.
