At Anchor (with a Harbour View)

Very Comfy beds, fresh and super clean. Stunning view and location was handy. Comfortable seating in lounge and dining area, well equipped kitchen.

Only small criticism would be the lighting in the flat. Could really do with a couple of extra lamps in the lounge for reading etc. we found we had to move furniture around to catch the light. Small bin in bedroom would be handy as well.

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious, extremely comfortable and with a lovely view overlooking the harbour. A lot of thought had been given to making it a very elegant and comfortable apartment.

The stairs, I can only assume the stairs are waiting to be renovated as the apartment was obviously just completed.

Enjoyed the super location of the flat and the unbeatable views. Good, light kitchen and lounge, too. Very powerful shower and well equipped bathroom.

The hall carpet needs either serious shampooing or more likely replacing with vinyl, as it is extremely badly stained in several places with what looks like dog wee (dog friendly property). Woodwork in hallway also needs repainting. Would also be good to fill and paint over the various holes in the wall/door in the otherwise excellent bathroom - shower is first class! Parking was also a bit of a nightmare (not the owner's problem, I know, but nonetheless could put some folks off) as the public car parks opposite the flat are full virtually all day until early evening.
