Sealands 50 meters from the sandy beach with wifi

The beach was great and mostly full of local people, which made it feel less touristy. We were the only tourists nearby during our stay. The rooms were clean, and the property had three air-conditioning units, covering both bedrooms and the kitchen area. The kitchen had a fridge, kettle, washing machine and gas cooker. Although the utensils were limited, we managed to prepare several meals for a family of four. The two balconies were very useful for drying clothes, with a drying rack and pegs provided. The bathroom had hot water on demand. There was street parking nearby, and shops and the town were within walking distance or a short drive.

The property is not quite 50 metres from the beach, it is closer to 150 metres - minor detail! lol The gas bottle for the cooker is located under the sink, which may concern some guests. The bins were initially confusing if you are unfamiliar with the local Italian recycling system. Wi-Fi was decent for normal use, but it may struggle if several devices are connected. The toilet had an issue during our stay. The owner offered to fix it, but we did not follow this up. Evening street parking can mean a short walk of around 50 metres back to the property. Calamoushe - best beach we visited is about 30 mins away. Etna was 1.75 hours Taormina was 2.5 hours
