Villa just 80 meters from the sandy beach of Pantanello in Avola (SR), one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian coast.
Leaving the costume house you will find yourself directly on the beach after a few steps (beautiful golden sandy beach).
House entirely on the ground floor and renovated in July 2018, fully air conditioned (3 Air Conditioners) and with fine finishes, equipped with all comforts, TV 50 '' 4K, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one in the room) , about 60 square meters of exclusive verandas, a logistically strategic and well served area, motorway exit just 5 minutes from which you can reach all the most beautiful destinations in Sicily.

Es war eine wunderbare Woche in Avola für uns. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt - neu renoviert und sauber - nur die Via Pierre Gobetti runterlaufen und man war am Strand. Paolo war sehr hilfsbereit und hat jederzeit unterstützt. Gerne kommen wir ein zweites Mal. Herzliche Grüße, Steffi

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne erholsame Zeit in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Besonders toll ist die Nähe zum Meer! Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation waren supernett und unkompliziert. Mein Eindruck: Nur wenige Sizilianer sprechen so gut Englisch wie der Vermieter!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße. Wenn man diese runtergeht steht man praktisch direkt am Meer. Ausserdem sind in dem Ort auch einige zentral gelegene Pizzerien und Restaurants vorhanden. Der Vermieter der Wohnung war immer hilfsbereit, freundlich und direkt zur Stelle wenn es eine Frage oder ein Problem gab. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert und einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Grazie Paolo 😀
