Casa Salmar 40 meters from the sandy beach with wifi

Great premium apartment for the price of a regular studio. It has everything: from a bidet to ACs, a modern kitchen with a coffee machine, all the cookware you need, and great beds. The location is fantastic: just 2 minutes from the best beach in the city (in my opinion). Around the corner — restaurants, ice cream shops, authentic street food — all the infrastructure. And a huge thanks to the host: he treated us like beloved family, not clients. Small gifts, little touches — this made our vacation unforgettable. Grazie di cuore e tanti auguri di ogni bene.

wondeful host, even did some shopping in a mall for us! The appartment was nice and clean, the main bed was very comfortable and my kid loved the bunk bed. the small "garden" allowed for an outdoors breakfast and dinner. the beach was like 2 minutes walk, just across the street. there were some beach equipment like sun umbrella, seat, bucket, spade & set of moulds. the location (Avola) allowed for fast access to Noto (beautifull old town) and Oasi Vendicari (beatuiful beaches and hike area in nautre reserve)

nothing about the appartment. However being off season meant most seaside restaurants were closed (the beach bar was opened and offered some limited food options, as well as one restaurand that was opened till end of October), so we had to go to the city centre (approx 10-15 minutes walk) for dinner, but we would have done it anyway as the central restaurants are usually better.

All the previous reviews are correct. The apartment is perfect! Right across from a wonderful beach and close to an authentic Italian town with traditional bakeries and great restaurants. Sebastiano is the best host, he made us feel very welcome and at home. We had an amazing time. The best thing was the shower outside.
