Overall pretty clean. The location especially in relation to the beach was great. Aesthetically pleasing. Appreciated the couch and living area chairs being clean. Loved having beach chairs/umbrella/table included. Thankful for the box fans.

Had a couple of cockroaches and ants surface. Bathrooms could use a little updating specifically the showers and sinks. Beds weren’t the most comfortable. We were all hot while sleeping despite using the box fans that were provided. Coffee maker needs proper basket replacement.

Right on the beach

Bathrooms need upgrade, furniture in living room all sits very low, not comfortable, internet not fast enough for streaming.

The location was perfect. The complex was nice and quiet even though there were several guests there. The grassy area outside the unit was great for our dog and kids. Easy access to beach just steps from the sand. Two chairs and an umbrella await you at the beach everyday. Only a five minute drive from Publix and Rosemary/Alys Beach amenities.

The unit is a bit dated and needs some love. Screen doors constantly come off the track making them difficult to open. Fridge light does not come on when door is opened. Coffee maker is missing the required filter so standard paper filters cause coffee to pour out everywhere. Plan to bring keurig cups or alternative brewing setup, or go buy togo coffee each day. Dryer lint trap was rusted and full of holes and completely broke on our first load. Property manager was quick to replace it. The entire washer/dryer unit should be replaced though. Plan to bring basic kitchen and cooking supplies - there are no spices, oils, etc. to be found. One of the master bedroom outlets only works for half of the day. You cannot open the master bedroom window for fresh air/sound of ocean waves due to the style of the bed headboard. Bathrooms desperately need updating. Bottom line: we expected more at this price point and would not book another stay at this location.
