*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 50lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400 plus tax.
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and Callista Vacation Rentals fines.
*This property has a strict non-smoking policy. Violation of this policy puts the guest at risk of being fined and/or evicted.

Easy access to the beach across the street. Well kept and maintained building. Easy walk to restaurants at Alys beach. Condo was very spacious and well equipped. Could have been a bit cleaner.
