Great apartment, good location

Location is great, the flat is new with a great parking place (free of charge). Key you pick up from reception, easy and convenient. Apartment is big enough comfortable and pretty new. Just 3min walking distance is the Galerija Mall and the river side... really good for evening walks and some good drinks or just eating.

The cleaning of the rooms can be much better. But this is only a very slight issue and probably is not for everyone (walls can be cleaned and/or fixed where it needs - small details for a luxury apartment). The balcony door needs a proper fixing (just a 3 minutes work) to be able to open/close easily.

The apartment was cute, really comfortable, good location and despite it facing a busy road it wasnt so noisy, it was quite nice, loved it.

Some minor things that need repair, wont mention them now. athey are not such a big of a deal but it would be nice if they were fixed.

The apartment is perfect for that price. Everything was clean and tidy. The most beautiful part of Belgrade. Everything is nearby. I would definitely recommend to my friends who is coming to visit Serbia, Belgrade . We had such a wonderful time and experience .

The owner of this apartment is a very friendly person and responded quickly. The apartment has a great location, near by the mall. The apartment is located on the second floor, elevator and parking spot is available. Even that the apartment is located towards the street, it is not loud at all. The bed is super comfortable, great tv and super clean at all. I would book this apartment every time I come to Belgrade.

Amazing as always

Excellent host, highly recommended. Cleanliness and location are five stars. We rented electric scooters that can go 40km with one charge. That’s the best way to enjoy Belgrade without the hustle of looking for parking or getting tired from walking. In front of the building is a bike path that you can use to go to town square and see all the best things. Thanks to Milovan for recommending those and being a best host ever.

I liked the location since it suited my needs. It was clean.

There are no shades in the bedroom, so I woke up in sweat since the sun was burning me the whole morning. There isn't any shampoo or body wash. Wires are coming out of walls in several places. The window/terrace door in living room doesn't seal right, so the cold and noise are getting in easily (isolation in the building is awful). The receptionist that waited for me was not very organised.

Overall happy with our stay

✅ The owner was accomodating. ✅ There were many parking spaces and we were allowed to leave the car parked there for a couple of hours after we signed out. ✅ The apartment was clean. ✅ The bed was comfortable.

✖️ No curtains or shades in the bedroom. (and it's a big window and a bright apartment which is lovely but not great when the sun wakes you up at 5 am) ✖️ Neighbors were doing some work, drilling and whatnot at around 8 am. But this might be a one time occurrence.
