About this house rental
Beautiful Mornington Peninsula, so close to the Peninsula Hot Springs, the new Alba Thermal Springs, Golf courses such as The Dunes, St Andrews Beach & Eagle Ridge, St Andrews Brewery and walking distance to the Rye Back Beach. A picturesque driveway leads you to your sensational holiday destination perched high on a large allotment that takes full advantage of the majestic views.

Fully equipped & functional kitchen with island bench, all the essential staples including a pod coffee machine. Large living lounge area for all the family to relax, small children's table & chairs, smart TV, Wi-Fi and an open fire place with some wood provided.

Bathroom with bath, vanity, a large shower with views as far as Cape Schanck. Separate toilet.
Bedroom 2 with single bed.
Expansive outdoor deck with table & chairs, BBQ and superb views as far as the eye can see. Peace, tranquility, only the sounds of nature. Stairs are secure & gated. A piano to 'tinkle the ivories', fold up table tennis table & basketball ring in the garage.
PETS
Your 1 pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Small, non shedding. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved. Pet Stay Fee applies. This allotment of over 2000m2 and is not fenced.
LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package, including bathroom towels for each guest is included with all bookings. BYO Beach Towels.
BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

The property is lovely and generally functional, with a well, maintained living area that served as a great space for our group. However, we felt it was somewhat overpriced given the bedding and comfort level. The beds, particularly the single ones, were quite small and not very suitable for adults more appropriate for children or petite guests. The upstairs room near the main bedroom is more of a small alcove than a proper bedroom, and not ideal for adult use.Another issue was that the bedrooms were cold as it is winter now. The central heating only warms the living areas, and there were no spare blankets provided.Parking was also a challenge. The driveway is long and narrow, going up was manageable, but with several cars (as you might expect for a group of adult guests), it became difficult. Reversing down the long drive to return to the main road was tricky and not ideal.On the positive side, we truly appreciated the firewood provided, it was more than enough and became the heart of our evenings. Sitting around the fire, talking and reconnecting, was a special highlight of our girls’ weekend getaway.Overall, the property is functional and well-located, near the Hot Springs in Fingal, but may be better suited to smaller groups or families with children who are less concerned about bed size and room layout. With a few improvements to warmth and bedding comfort, it could be a fantastic stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Brewster in Rye. It was clean and comfortable. Welcome basket was a lovely surprise Only drawback for us as a group of ladies was both toilets were in Bathrooms.

Stayed at this terrific address with seven mates for a golf trip.We could not have been happier with the accommodation.Extremely comfortable with all the facilities you would ever need. Lots of beds, a couple of big screen tvs, comfortable lounges & a massive dining table made this stay an absolute pleasure. Everything was very clean & all the appliances operated as they should. Would be a great place to stay with kids as there is an upstairs & a downstairs lounge area.Would definitely stay again. 👍👍
